Nice staffs, very friendly. Has a lot of options, from just a coffee to smoothies, milkshakes, soda float, ice creams, pancakes, wafles... plenty flavours and syrups. A bit disappointed, I went on a Saturday afternoon, not busy at all, 3 people working and no one checked the toilet. Was very dirty and awful smell. Everything else was perfect. Not expensive either and good portions just in case you want to share. I recommend it, just, try to avoid the toilet

Such a great choice, we had a mint sundae. A crepe and a caramel sundae, will have to return many times to try some more things, friendly staff, didn’t make you feel rushed and were happy to chat with us, clean bright environment , 🍨🍧

Friendly staff on a Sunday evening. Not too busy. Desserts served in a pleasing fashion. But be warned you must have the biggest sweet tooth. I went for the pancake but must ask for them to go easy on the sauce. Fun place to go on the spur of the moment. The pancakes(crêpes) are also cooked fresh. Cookie dough very very sweet.

Great selection of desserts and good location. Had waffle and crepes very good size portions. Know it's a franchise so has to look the same as the other bit too bright and 1990s dinner decor could do with a 21st century look to go along with the excellent food and menu.

Wrote this on trip advisor and will do the same here: I live in the old town and had noticed that creams had shut down. It's been open a week now since a new owner has come in and there is a vast improvement. We were seated straight away, they now do table service instead of ordering yourself. The new manager personally came over to us and ask us how our visit was, whether it was up to standard and an improvement since the last time we visited before the closure and takeover. There is no longer teenagers serving, all new staff have been brought in and have been seen sent on two week training courses before the site reopened to make sure the service is correct. I would say it is worth a visit now, a much better standard and the feel in there is much calmer with the new manager and his staff (I could hear him cracking jokes with his staff and the lovely atmosphere between them). We left a tip and the tip jar was almost full already which must be a good sign!

The desserts are very nice. However the cutlery was not properly washed. We had to ask for plastic spoons at least thrice. But other than that the experience was really nice with great ambience, good music and good choice as well as awesome taste of the desserts

Pretty slow service. Too much chatting, especially when several groups of customers arrive in quick succession. Nice food but don't say it'll be 10 mins and it's double. Say 15 mins and overachieve. 6 staff and service was slow. Otherwise nice.
