My favorite costa in stevenage. The quality of coffee is one level better than other ones.toilets are tidy and clean
Staff are friendly and I have seen them many times helping costumers especially elderly people which is nice

Love the coffee, the staff are excellent, my only complaint is that the seating needs to be cleaned at night or first thing in the morning before opening. I'm there at the weekend first thing and the seats have crumbs and often stained when I sit down. Otherwise great.
It was a cup of coffee, how would one rate this. However, it was not busy so the service was nice and quick. One thing I hate is having to wait for 10 mins plus then not having a seat to sit down and enjoy my coffee. But today I got a seat and enjoyed by cup of Costa coffee. In Stevenage we have lots of coffee shops so if was busy I would have gone to one where I would have got a seat. I feel sure you feel the some?
