Clean, friendly staff. I had ordered online but when I came to collect my order on the time specified it had not been made. Quickly prepared for me but the whole idea of ordering before is so you don't have to wait. Room for improvement
Not been in for a while. The staff today were brilliant, 8 subs and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The salad was fresh and the cookies were still warm even after getting home and finishing my sub. Top marks to the team.
'On-the-house' baguette & lovely it was too! All part of the new plant based 6fter having downloaded the app! Staff were very courteous & I didn't have to spend a penny, but I will be sure to go back.

Was busy, food was nice, could do with more regular cleaning of table after customers considering how many staff where on shift apart from that all good!
Some of the staff here are good. You got a 50/50 chance of getting a good one. I think the owners run the good ones too hard. The food is very good for a subway, plus if you get a good staff member, you appreciate it more.
Their subs are made better than their salads. If you're ordering a salad bowl they have a tendency to just throw it all in, instead of making any effort to arrange the salad in any way.
Only a minor complaint, overall good service and good food.
What An Amazing experience today in the subway! Great service, good communication, very kind and great at his job! I had such a rubbish morning and he made my afternoon! Need more people like this!

I visited subways today (16.09.19)
And upon placing my order I was met with the best customer service I've received in any shop the guy behind the counter was efficient whilst talkative and engaged the perfect way you should with customers.
