Me and my family love Frankie & Bennys, the staff are always polite, the food is lovely and it's always a lovely atmosphere!!
Brought my daughter here for her birthday dinner tonight and was blown away by how the staff looked after us and treated the birthday girl. They even sang her happy birthday even though we weren't staying for pudding. Thank you for making my daughter's day!
Was hesitant to go to F&Bs as it feels like you've done, you've done them all as with most chains. However, I came away from my late lunch very satisfied. Food came out quicker than any fast food place I've been to in recent years and our server, Kai, had a fantastic demeanor that would bring anyone from 10 to chill in seconds. Nothing seemed like a chore for him and it really made for a great meal.
We all had a great time having a meal. There were 9 other us. We shared some starters, all had mains and dessert. I had the spicy meatball pasta and it was delicious, with cheese cake for dessert. Everything was great and the music playing created a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
On this visit we had a first class service , thank you. The food we ordered, everyone was very pleased with their meal . We had steak, pasta, chicken burger and a beef burger with a speedy service so if your in a rush for a movie perfect . Cocktails were amazing especially my Blueberry Mojito.

A little overpriced to these days what is essentially a burger restaurant.

Stevenage F&B is always lovely, welcoming and the food tastes lovely. The staff are always keen and always off a good service. Only thing I'd say is that the Happy Birthday song is sometimes too loud. I'm all for joy, but it is sometime loud.
We went at about 20.00 most places refused us as they were closing at 9. Not here. The staff welcomed us were happy to serve us and maintained a happy atmosphere even if the place wasn't massively busy. Food was slightly above average. Kinda what you would expect desserts where good tho. Staff didn't rush us or make us feel uncomfortable.fortable at the end of the night. I don't usually tip when I eat out (controversial I know) but they earnt it!!
For a busy Saturday night the service I received from Gitto was amazing. She took the time to chat to me about my allergies and even went to the kitchen to check the dessert didn't have nuts in! She was very friendly and really made the evening a good one. The main course was deccent, I opted for Sausage and Meatball pasta which was very tasty and arrived quickly. My favourite part however, was the cookie dough for dessert which was sweet and delicious, throughly enjoyed! Overall, a very enjoyable evening.
Pleasantly surprised wouldn't have normally gone, but I had meerkats buy 2 get one free meal. I'm glad I gave it a go. £26 2 starters 2 main meals and a pint of beer. Food came out piping hot with good flavours. Ok size portions.
Convenient place to have a quick bite before or after a 10 pin bowling session. Reasonable choice of food on the menu. With tea served in a China teapot a rarity these days
Great and friendly staff members. Food is good. On the table next to us, was a little girl celebrating her birthday and a member of staff and a manager approached and sang happy birthday. I thought that was a nice touch.
Toilets weren't very clean at all.
Tried out the vegan menu and it was really nice! I recommend the wings. Also have a nice selection of cocktails. Was a bonus to be served by James Arthur 😜😜 great service 👍🏻
Hannah was our server and she was very knowledgeable even about products they use to have but unfortunately don’t have anymore like the cheese fondue (pls bring this back ) and very attentive and helpful when I wasn’t sure what I wanted when she’s in I know we’ll be looked after always smiling aswell that just adds to the atmosphere
Lovely food first one little bit spicy but had a great experience with both the manager (Kyle) and the waiter (kai) who served us both lovely genuine people let me swap meals even though it was my own fault
Been here on multiple occasions, always had great food and service. Never any wait times. Quite easy to get a reservation or walk in.
