Very good location, right at the end of the highstreet. A great range of beers, lovely front garden on a hot day. Although tiny, has the old town look about it, with its low ceilings, wooden beams, a timeless classic. The staff were so polite, informative, and quick on service. Although pricey, you
Cannot recommend this venue enough, amazing venue hired for a birthday party. Management and staff were super helpful from booking to the event. Memories were made.
Shame the land lady’s are going. Won’t go again once they are gone. Last few years have been the best this pubs ever had
A cosy old pub, definitely worth stopping by for a few pints.
I enjoyed my pint here on Friday night. Good vibe. Sat outside enjoyed the buzzing atmosphere.
Proper old pub, as it should be. Good atmosphere, excellent beer and service. Only downside is the TV.
Stopped for a few pints to find excellent Tim Taylor's Landlord on draught and the rugby league on the telly. Who could ask for more?? 😀
