Very good service. Greeted by the chef - American dude - so friendly and refreshing to have such a nice greeting. All staff were helpful and didn’t sit around chatting (like you see in a lot of places). Food was so lovely, empty plates all round. Would recommend and return!

Really enjoyed my meal and my wife loved hers too. All really well cooked. Staff were really nice but gave you enough space to enjoy your meal. Got a bit jealous of other people meals because everything looked so good. Will definitely go back again

Food, atmosphere and staff all spot on. I had the Korean chicken for starter and fat jacker burger for main. Both were incredible! The wife had beef skewers which again cooked very well and a filling plate of food food. My folks also had ribs and wings both were great too!
My burger was huge, the cheese burger spring rolls could of easily pass as a man as they were also huge and tasty. Served by a lovely Christian who made sure everyone was happy and friendly service. Will go again 😁🥂🍻

We love going to fire Jack's for the burgers and steaks. They are always cooked to perfection. The meat is tender and tasty. The service is always quick and friendly. The ambiance is beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

Honestly.. this venue deserves to be busier than it is.. located in the “wrong” end of the Stevenage leisure park, the food was excellent and surprisingly well priced!
