Without a doubt the best fish and chips in the area.
Fresh fish, lovely chips. Amazing curry sauce. Very clean shop.
The batter can be a little thick but still tastes great.
You know you will enjoy your fish and chips when the fish doesn’t even fit on a plate :D
I first went about 8 years ago and have been an extremely satisfied customer ever since. I no longer live in Stevenage but travel back to visit my favourite chippy. Always happy to support a small business too so if you're in the area say hello to Matty and the team in person.
Fry the fish very well. I ordered a medium fish dish. which is very big size for me. I can't finish eating.
Simply the best! They make it hard to go anywhere else as their Gluten free meals are outstanding and can not be equalled locally. Portion sizes are generous and taste like fresh fish should.
Phone through your order in advance if you you want a shorter wait.
We called in, when collecting family from the station, and got the cod & chips. It was freshly cooked, hot, lots of fish, amazing light batter, very generous portions.
We would all highly recommend.

We were out for the day and it caught our eye so sat in and had the most amazing fish & chips . The fish was huge and crispy 🐳 the chips more than I could eat. Nothing was greasy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this eatery . Shame
Really good food and the service is quick and efficient. We had cod, the meat was really white and the batter was golden and crispy, the battered sausage was tasty and the chips were fresh and cooked to perfection. Well recommended and would definitely visit again.

Fantastic. Best fish and chips in Stevenage. Chips are always fantastic and well cooked. Fish is always brilliant. Can't fault it. Curry sauce is lovely too. Have ordered chicken nuggets a few times and those are nice and well cooked as well. Hands down, best in Stevenage, no doubt!!
Simply the best takeaway in stevenage. The fish is freshly cooked, they advertise which potatoes are being used daily. The staff are friendly and very well presented.
AND. There are seats for use while waiting for your order if required.
