Oh my the shrimp was so delicious and the steak was the best we have ever eaten and we have had good steaks before. 100% recommend Bleu you will NOT be disappointed. A great age range too. Staff were friendly smiley and efficient

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Bleú Steakhouse in Staplehurst, Kent. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, the service, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. We started our meal with the Crispy Korean Shrimps and Halloumi Jam. The shrimps were perfectly cooked and the halloumi jam was a delicious and unique accompaniment. For our main course, we both ordered the Argentine Rib-eye steak. The steak was cooked to perfection and was incredibly tender and juicy. We also had the Sauteed Veg and Rosemary Fries as sides, which were both delicious. For dessert, we shared the Pistachio Cheesecake. The cheesecake was rich and creamy, with a delicious pistachio flavor. The service at Bleú Steakhouse was outstanding. Waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure that we had everything we needed and that our food was cooked exactly to our liking. The decor and atmosphere of Bleú Steakhouse are also very stylish. The restaurant is decorated in a modern and minimalist style, with cool blue accents. The atmosphere is relaxed and sophisticated, making it the perfect place for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. Overall, we had a truly outstanding dining experience at Bleú Steakhouse. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience. Took a hour drive to check out this new place as me and my friends are always trying new places under the radar that nobody has been to before. The starters were just absolutely amazing we tried all the 5 starters on the menu packed with flavour and the quality of each individual items like the prawns, chicken and meat were something else. The steaks were amazing accompanied with my freshly made peppercorn sauce. The steak was cooked exact to hwo I requested. The quality of the meat again was clear to see and feel while eating. The Korean shrimp is absolutely amazing my favourite dish I even took some away so good honestly the best I’ve ever had. Good value for money all items were quality. The presentation was great stunning very sheek!! Staff were very friendly and welcoming really took care of us. Such a comfortable and clean environment with amazing quality food!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a restaurant tucked away in the country. I'm usually quite fussy when it comes to starters but the halloumi, buffalo wings and Korean shrimp are some must try dishes, the shrimp in particular were bursting with flavour. Four of us went for the t-bone steak for mains and they were all cooked exactly as desired, the steaks all came out at the same time and were juicy, tender and simply delicious. We tried a few of the different sauces and they all complimented the steak well without being too overpowering, the chimichurri being my personal favourite. The sides were also well made and presented, the addition of truffles in the mash had me going back for spoon after spoon and I usually much prefer chips with my steak! The service was of a very high standard, it's rare to find people who put passion into their work and we were all pleased with the politeness and professionalism displayed by all the staff. Hats off to the real star of the show, the chef, the food really is a must-try.

First time visiting, will definitely be going back! The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and despite being a busy Saturday evening we weren't rushed off our table, we were allowed to sit and enjoy a drink between main and desert, and afterwards when our taxi was late we were given a free drink while we waited. So many restaurants these days only seem to care about turning over the table as quickly as possible, so this was a refreshing change!
