Was recommended to go to this coffee shop and went today for breakfast.
The staff were very polite and attentive and the food was amazing. Would definitely go back for breakfast or even lunch.
Give it a go you won’t be disappointed.
Had a lovely lunch today with a friend and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend.. and lovely healthy plants to
Had lunch here today. Not the first time. Delicious and catered for gluten free. Huge portions and lots of choice. Def going to be back.
amazing place, I visit Frankies often with family & friends... great food & superb service!!
Great atmosphere, Great staff & Great food. We will defiantly go again while in Kent
Have just visited the shop to pick up some Kentish Fayre to give as a gift to our French friends. Wow, what a service we received. Lots of advice given and tasters of the food and products so we were able to make an informed selection. Then, all beautifully wrapped up in a hamper. Amazing! Lovely place. Lovely people. Lovely products.
Stopped here for food on 100 miles bike ride on a Saturday morning. Food & service was excellent. 100% recommend. Bonus points for the alpacas!!
Food was delicious in nice surroundings. Staff very pleasant. A lovely place to catch up with friends. Definitely be visiting again in the near future.
What a lovely place to go for brunch on a sunny day!
Great breakfasts and lunches, never been disappointed.
Always great food... Good service and a lovely atmosphere...
Met here for breakfast with some friends. Lovely cafe and the food is good, but it is expensive. £10 for a bowl of Greek yogurt with some granola and dried fruit on the top is quite a lot to pay, although it was very nice. Service wasn't the best though - the place wasn't full and there were several staff waiting on the tables, but I had to get up twice to ask for something as they weren't watching to see if anyone needed help. The shop and garden centre sections are very good and they have a lot of lovely items that would make great Christmas gifts, so overall worth a visit.
Staplehurst’s best kept secret.
Lovely garden centre to stock up your garden. The cafe - you may need to book in advance - has a great menu of great tasting food. Reasonably priced and generous portions. Afternoon tea looked amazing, étagère loaded with lovely looking cakes, I can’t wait to go back and try it. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. I can definitely recommend Frankie’s and I will be going back.
Food is really good here! We had roast chicken with few other things and all of it was delicious. Neat and tidy place with plenty of parking.
We absolutely loved Frankie’s - what a stunning cafe, gift shop and deli! All the cakes on offer looked incredible - we had scones & chocolate chip cookies and they were both fabulous. Great coffee too. We will be back 👏🏼
Stopped by for Bruichladdich this morning. Had full English (swapped beans for hash browns). It's interesting to see that the default for eggs was poached - which is great. Only 4* because no black pudding - for me, an essential part of a breakfast.
Brilliant service, very friendly. Lovely new space. Breakfast and two pots of tea circa £20.
My wife and I visited here today for the first time and were extremely impressed. The whole place has a feeling of quality and professionalism. The selection of food in the shop was good, so bought a few items as presents, then went in to the cafe. We ordered a cup of tea and a cheese scone - both were delicious. Special mention to the staff who were efficient and very friendly - even joining in to our humorous comments! Overall, a lovely place to eat and shop - we shall definitely be returning to try the Roast lunch or the stunning looking Afternoon Tea :-)
Frankie's Farmshop offers a brunch experience that stands out, with a higher price tag than most, but the food quality is undeniably top-notch. The attentive staff enhance the overall dining experience. Although the £4 price for a Diet Coke seems steep, the beautiful layout and surroundings make it a worthwhile visit, creating a balanced but somewhat pricey culinary adventure.
We recommend the farm shop for great local food and specialty food goods - nice clean shop.
We enjoy the restaurant as the food is fresh and very tasty.
They are currently building an extension for dinning, We are very much looking forward to enjoying this new sit inside area.
The GF options are good - the Sunday dinner was excellent
Photos of non GF Ploughman's and a Burger - I'm told they were very tasty :-)
Found Frankie's by chance, but really enjoyed the meal. Slightly more pricey than many similar places, but the quality of the food and size of the portions justified the price
Sundaes inspired by popular desserts are a must. We will definitely be back.
We visited quite late in the afternoon so it was not at all busy but the shop has a great selection of fresh and locally produced products. The cafe was starting to close but they happily served us coffee and cake. The Gluten and Dairy free Crumble Tray Bake was absolutely delicious.
