The customer service here is top notch! I stupidly dropped my pasty on the floor and the chef didn’t hesitate to offer me a new one. Unfortunately that was the last of the flavour I liked, but I had a taste of my friend’s and it was amazing!! A lovely (and tasty) welcome back home to England!!
I visited to buy a Coffee after my flight had been cancelled due to the snow. I think his name was Daniel, the Big Guy, his Customer service was at a very high standard for his Age he looked about 20. I was very impressed by this. He was very Polite to me, the service was very impressive. I was just going to buy a coffee but I left with a sausage roll and a doughnut.
Can’t wait to VisIt again on my next Flight. Keep up the good work team.

Empanadas y café, la chica es muy agradable me ofreció un rollo picante y una empanada de cebolla y queso, resultó gratificante con él hambre que tenia, después tome un café con sabor a caramelo, me gustó mucho, era dulce, cálido y pegajoso. Volveré a repetir cuando vuelva al Aeropuerto.
