My 2nd time there and still as nice as ever. Staff are friendly and accommodating and very helpful.
Food is gorgeous and extremely filling. Large portions as well but they also offer a take home box if you can't finish it!! Same with the cakes and scones! Well worth it.
The venue is very pleasant as are the staff. The food was delicious and very good portions. Boxes are supplied if you can't finish your meal which is nice. You can tell the staff here care about giving good service and good service is what you get. Recommended. 😋

First time visiting this place and was extremely impressed. Had afternoon tea, couldn't eat it all there was so much. Took the rest home. You pick your own type of sandwich, your own scone and your dessert.

Home of the best sausage and bacon sandwich this side of the River Tyne. Parking is tight and seating can be a squeeze (it is very popular after all), but highly recommended for breakfast and lunch.

What a fab place, we had afternoon tea for mams birthday and it was delicious. Staff go out of there way to ensure all your requirements are met. Also the little shop on entering has various items for sale, mam tret herself to a lovely bag.

What a fantastic place, beautiful shop inside leading to a heavenly quaint restaurant with a snug room and an equally decorated eating room upstairs with bar.Quality of food exceptional.Service excellent. Bonus, it's got an ample car park. The afternoon teas are really popular. Highly recommended
Nothing hollow about this place. Coffee and cake for the mummy set before midday and then a certain kind of ladies who lunch from midday onwards.
