Food was really good for this sort of eatery, service was ok... It was rammed when we went this time, screaming, and I mean screaming, kids and we could hardly hear each other so not really a social evening.
Just come back from a Sunday afternoon. Really lovely place. Food was excellent, really tasty, normal menu to choose from as well as Sunday roast. We ordered from both. Everything was served correctly and lovely and hot. Great value for money. Service at a lovely place, not rushed or waiting to
Found this place a bit hit and miss. We came to eat here a few times whilst I was having radiotherapy for a little treat on the way home. Food here is lovely and some of the staff very welcoming. I think we visited around five times. Unfortunately, on two occasions, the waitress was a little abrupt
Went here with my work colleagues. Food and service was great considering how busy it was. Michael the chef did an outstanding job considering he was on his own and the tiny kitchen space/equipment he has to work with. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely go back
We had an 8pm booking we rejected first table they offered us as near front door and on main walkway. Gave us a more suitable table in about 5 minutes. Slow waiting for food at 850 as they were busy. Rubs quite meaty but dry .
Three of us came along for dinner menu around 6pm, wasn’t overly busy and service received from Stevie was excellent, very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Chose the 10oz rib eye, requested medium rare and Lloyd cooked it to perfection. Have been to the Haywain many many times, it can get
Listen all I can say is good was great atmosphere was great but Courtney is the best waiter I’ve ever had they offered us every service under the sun including the rewards card and even asked if we’d got any discount codes etc they were lovely I highly recommend Beefeater for Courtney alone! I’m def
Visited yesterday. Food and service was good. Only downside they don’t know how to make a proper Irish coffee.
Been twice and would visit again but on both occasions the hot drinks machine was broken and they got some of the orders slightly wrong. Also a double portion of beans isn't a double portion, u just get one, so I feel a 4 star is generous.
My husband and I had a date night this evening I had requested a quiet corner on my booking which they accommodated. They service from the staff was quick and very pleasant, even though they were very busy. Compliments to the chiefs from starters to dessert’s was beautiful .

Me and my partner ate here last week. The food was great but it was the waitress that made our visit more enjoyable. I sadly don't recall her name but she had braided hair. She took the time to check on us and even engaged with my step daughters.
