We recently asked Time to cater for a business lunch and they really didn't disappoint! The sandwiches were packed with fillings, the salad and pasta salad fresh and tasty, and better still they even delivered lunch for us. I just called in whilst I was waiting for my car Mot and I am glad I did. Whilst the seating area does seem small there is plenty of space, it's deceptive. The layout is really nice, clean and tidy. The menu had a good number of choices and the food was really nice. The thing that really stood out and gave it the 5 stars are the team who work there, so so friendly and welcoming, it's well worth a visit for that reason alone

I was hunting high & low for a place to host our hen party. Time cafe was the perfect choice! We had 10 hens and wanted to book somewhere to have lunch in a private cosy space, that was nicely decorated and served afternoon tea. Not a lot of places in Wigan offer this!
The space was beautiful, even more so when my family added hen decorations before I arrived. Time were very open to making small changes for certain guests (one who was vegan). The food was delicious and plentiful, all served in lovely vintage trays & cups. I wouldn't change a thing about my hen, it was the best family gathering. Thank you 😀

Friendly and lovely coffee shop based in the centre of Standish. Can always guarantee a brilliant coffee and great selection of food. Cakes in particular are a personal favourite to enjoy with a coffee! A great set of staff who always have time for a chat and make you feel welcome! Also used for personal catering for a family party & again both good and service was exceptional. A real gem!

What a gem in Standish village ! This certainly is the best little coffee shop in Wigan ! The staff are so friendly, attentive and cater for a wide range of occasions and events. The food is delicious, wonderfully thought out menu with lots of variety and all presented beautifully. Can’t recommend Time enough, who wouldn’t want to sit outside in the Time garden with delicious coffee and cakes to die for !!

Visit here on a regular basis, the staff simply can't do enough to help, the food is great both I terms of cost and more importantly quality. Coffee here is amazing. They have a reading group for children and now open in the evening with sharing platters and beer, wine and prosecco available, use your time wisely and give it a try!

Lovely cafe, amazing coffee , I'm a coffee lover and love an oat milk latte this place serves the best !!! Good food choice and selection , the staff work tirelessly and really friendly and kind , I've sat outside and upstairs , in nice weather it's a nice little outside section (upstairs is nice too !)

The staff are so friendly and kind! This is my regular coffee stop but I booked in for the Mother’s Day afternoon tea. It was amazing! They even catered for myself and my mum to have a gluten free afternoon tea! Service and food 10/10. I always recommend this place!

We had our little one’s christening celebration here at the weekend and everything went really smoothly thanks to the lovely team at Time. Booking was easy and messages were replied to promptly. The buffet menu had a great selection to choose from, and special requests (a vegan salad) were catered for without a problem. Everyone said that the food was delicious, and several guests have said that they will come back to try the menu too. Thanks very much!

Time provided a really lovely, personalised experience at our little girls baptism celebration. We booked the bottom floor including outside space. The sun shone for us :) everyone enjoyed sitting outside enjoying drinks. The grazing table they did for us looked amazing, everyone commented on how nice it looked and how much they liked the food. Our guests enjoyed buying hot coffees and tea. They cut our Christening cake up for us and helped us take home left over food. They even helped us put up our balloon arch :) we can highly recommend Time for a private function. We visit regularly with our small children for story time, lunch, or drinks and food and they are always welcomed
