Visited just after 09.30 on a wet Thursday at the end of October for breakfast. It wasn't wildly busy and we used the touch screens to place our order which was delivered to our table. The server smiled and was pleasant. The food was hot and tasted fine.
The gent's toilets weren't the cleanest. The restaurant had a smattering of Halloween decorations, but we were particularly impressed by the inclusion of a real spider web - nice attention to detail!
We may visit again if in the area and in need of breakfast or drinks.
Good food, we chose a healthy option of salads and chicken. It was very tasty and painless to order. The restaurant was clean and the staff polite and pleasant
They can be a bit variable but this was a good one. Food and coffee were hot and service very quick
Our last visit to stamford McDonald's was great. Friendly staff, hot food, served quickly. Cleanliness could of been slightly better, but to be fair it looked like a load of kids had literally just trashed the table with the ipads. And the lady cleaning was the most loveliest, attentive person, even offered to take my tray for me as I was heading over to bin sections.
It was after 9pm on Saturday night and no one in the restaurant. A young assistant was busy washing the floors......but this didn't stop the young guy behind the counter going above and beyond. We sat down and our food was brought to us, service with a smile. Well done McDonald's, Stamford, Lincs 😊
To be honest it was OK, the lovely lady at the counter took my order, money.. But after the queues went down, i was the only one waiting for my number to be called, the girl who brought my food out, shouted the number, no eye contact with me at all, i said Ooo that's mine.. Still no interaction with me, left my bag after putting straws and napkins in.. A little thank you would have been nice.. Or even a smile... Not looking forward to the day when robots serve our food lol..
Well run, busy One near the town centre. Always busy midday. Staff are good. Easy access and plenty of parking.
Very busy lunch time so service suffered, long wait and no acknowledgment. Seemed to prioritise drive thru over dine in. Food was standard, decent for McDonald.
