there was speedy service! the milkshakes were to die for! the tables and floors were immaculate! however… the whipped cream was quite tasteless which brought my rating down from a 5 to a 4. overall i had a great experience here and would definitely come again.

Best of the chain cafes. I always recommend independent cafes over chains but if you have to go to a chain cafe, make it this one! Of the chain cafes they have the best coffee, the best staff and the best cakes.
There is a young blonde member of staff who I always chat with, she is so lovely and friendly! The eastern-European lady is also just so efficient and good at her job. I never see the staff stressed or complaining, even when it’s super busy. I even told them the wrong order once (totally my fault) and they were so nice and remade it, no extra charge. This kind of service keeps me coming back! Nice one guys 👍
Went in earlier with very a specific pregnancy craving. There were two really nice girls in who tried to help me with something they didn't carry. Ended up coming back in to try the roulade cake and they offered to set up the box so I could take a bite as soon as I left! The cake hit the spot, thankfully. Just a very nice place overall.
Lovely chocolate drink, best made with coconut milk to enhance the flavour with less calories if that's helpful.
Always good to go to the stamford Nero! Staff friendly and quick! Never had a bad visit!

Love a good cafe nero, if I see one I always head to it. Hubby is vegan and they cater food wise for him so that's fab 😀 😋 Plenty of hand sanitiser available throughout the cafe too, so felt very safe, and for those who wish to sit outside there are plenty of tables available.

Lovely friendly coffee shop. All the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful, especially Sian who couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend that you visit very soon.
