Pretty little cafe with lovely decor, friendly staff, and very clean throughout. Wonderful cheese scone and a nice hot soup on a cold day. Highly recommended for a relaxing tea or lunch.

Lovely staff, nice location off the high street (which means it wasn't nearly as crowded as other places). Menu limited but very tasty and coffee was excellent.

Quintessential English tea shop. We had a delicious light lunch of quiche and green leaf salad and some featherlight coffee and walnut cake. Lovely tea shop, will definitely visit again.....and again.

After a couple of pleasant (but chilly) hours taking in the delights of Stamford and the grounds of Burghley House we were recommended this little eaterie by a neighbour who saw us peering at the menu. She was right. The bacon and scrambled eggs on buttered toasted wholemeal bread was delicious and
A delightful hidden gem of a cafe, friendly welcome, freshly cooked food, sensibly priced, and spotless toilets. Where else would you find a Banana & Cinnamon toasted sandwich on the menu. Will certainly visit again on our next trip to Stamford.

A beautiful little tearoom serving the best toasted sandwiches and amazing homemade cakes! (Try the delicious ginger and apple cake)! Freshly decorated and new management!♥️

Pennies from heaven. a fine place to enjoy a Peaceful meal of quality, not too far to walk from the shops and a pleasant welcome with Good service freshly cooked food and not long to wait for it either I enjoyed a lovely meal and it didn't break the bank. First class I will be going back soon
Amazing the staff are wonderful, the food is superb and it's like being at home when your Mum did lovely food for you. We love going to this place it's warm and comforting.
