Very enjoyable... Pleasant very attentive staff.. Good choice of beers and a good menu.... And whether or not you want a pudding you'll have one.... The Berry Ice-cream is highly recommended

A beautiful pub, steeped in history, just a few minutes walk from Richardson's Marina, behind the Tesco's (which you'll be visiting for provisions anyway).

On holiday in Sutton, went for evening meal with wife and dog, around 5.30 Monday. Were met as went in and sat at table of our choice in the bar area, and given menu's, plus advised 2 specials boards either side of bar.

Very nice pub, everyone there were very friendly which sometimes isn't the case in pubs! I think it helped that we had a puppy, who was also more than welcome. Staff were lovely and food was amazing.

In my experience, this pub is unique. You will find true Norfolk hospitality, excellent food and beer. Dog owners will be thrilled, well-behaved dogs are treated like celebrities and made very welcome. Booking is essential in the summer season and there are heated weather proof booths in the garden
