Really friendly staff and top service. Definitely recommend choosing the Staithes Cobble Cake, which is apparently unique to this café specifically. It was similar to a cross between carrot cake and apple pie, made with apricots, walnuts, and stewed apple. Served warm with cream and it was delicious

What a little gem by the sea at Staithes..any visitor must try the secret family recipe Yorkshire Coble cake, GLUTEN FREE option is available as well as gf sandwiches. Visited here whilst on holiday, the staff were very friendly and food and coffee were excellent. THANKYOU

We had the Coble cake and cream and two coffees. The sign said Very Good Coffee. This is a lie, it's Excellent Coffee! And the cake is also Excellent! Well worth going to Staithes for this

Wonderful Cobler cake, so light, fluffy and tasty. Closely guarded family recipe, so eat here while you can! Coffee was decent too, and brilliant view, what’s not to like?

Enjoyed the bacon and brie roll but you must try the Staithes coble cake with a bit of cream, delicious. Think they even do a gluten free option.

Next to the wide range of sandwiches, this is the place in Staithes for a double espresso. Wonderful situated at the sea front, run by lovely people

Wow, ended up here twice last year and purposely booked a holiday nearby to visit again this year because the sandwiches are to die for and thats probably quite sad but its amazing how many places can mess up a simple sandwich xx

We have been coming here for the last twenty years, (whenever we visit Whitby). Drinks, cakes and sandwiches are all good.

First try of coble cake - it was delicious!

Lovely take away hot chocolate and Malteser crunch overlooking the harbour.

Tasty sandwiches, but the highlight has to be the coble cake. Try it and thank me later.
