Captain Cook Inn - Staithes - Photo album

I would like to say a big thank you to Kaz and her team. From making the reservation, amending the booking a few times to staying there this weekend with 10 other ladies, we had the best time. Lovely rooms, breakfast and a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you again. Caroline and friends 😘
Winter visit to Staithes, came here for supper and had the steak pie!! Well, I saw the reviews so I thought it might be good but it was quite simply, the best steak pie I have ever had!! Great pie, gorgeous gravy to pour over the top and amazing chips!! Most steak pies are a pinged version of someth
Very, very good, as this was my 1st trip to Staithes. Also, the beers 🍻 were lovely. The large steak pie, along with the peas, gravy, and the chips🥧 was amazing. Some of the people I was with did not think I would finish it, so when I did, I got a round of applause. It was a very enjoyable visit.
We stayed here one weekend in February. The location is Staithes. It's a room above a pub. All nice enough, nothing special, perhaps a little old and dated in places but for £75 you get a double warm and clean room in a great location with an excellent breakfast so can't complain at all. Free tea an
Food has gone up by approx 25% ,Sunday lunch is excellent though, but lasagne and chips, lasagne ok chips were very undercooked, almost raw, we should have said something but we didn't We will not be eating here again, also the menus inside had old and new prices that's how we know about the increas
The room is very nice, clean & it has a good size bathroom. At this time of year, it's quiet but I like it. It's at the top of hill, but easy to get to the bus stop. It's a slow walk coming up from the harbour, but it's not that bad. Lovely for a few days gateaway.
The food here is amazing. Go in hungry, the portions are huge, the food comes out hot always, the staff are pleasant and cheery. 10 out of 10. The steak pie is big enough for two. And stuffed full of meat.
We only stayed one night in this Hotel/Inn, we had been walking the Cleveland Way and the place is just up the hill. We were welcome by staff who showed us the the room, it was clean and well kept, this is an Inn rather than a posh hotel, we felt bit guilty as the carpet was cream, so boots came of
We had a great breakfast at a very reasonable price too 😊. Would definitely recommend & return
Lovely Sunday dinner, my son said the chicken goujons were the best he's ever had. Chocolate cake was good as well. 75 pound for 5 people with drinks and desserts. Very good deal
