Had a lovely meal. The burger was brilliant, really nice beef favour. The milkshake was top notch. Lots of other things on the menu I want to try so will be going back.
Great first visit to 7bone in Staines. Was a last minute idea but we were seated immedatley and the menu clearly explained. Food came out quickly and was perfectly cooked and very tasty. will def return for more of the delicious menu offerings. Portion size was good and left comfortably full.
Don’t feel shy to let the staff know that you are trying out their restaurant for the first time and if you need their assistance in making up your mind. The friendly staff will explain their ‘not so complicated menu’ 😉you then have an idea what your taste buds are craving for. Absolutely amazing...One of the reasons to visit Staines is this burger place (we came from Kingston just for that). The burgers? 10/10. The staff? The friendliest I have ever encountered, customer service here is top-notch. Atmosphere is amazing, very nice place for kids birthday parties as well (so def. family friendly).
Tried out this place and got the Prince Charles Is Overrated burger with the chicken instead of beef with as many fries as I could try. The 3 different plates of chips were the king fu fries (siracha mayo, gochujnag, seasoned seeds and crispy onions), cheese fries and regular fries. The kung fu were my favourite and the burger was great, as mentioned I swapped beef for chicken and it included bacon, cheese, lettuce, pickles and dirty spread, simple but great. I would definitely recommend and will be going back as it’s a new local! The beers were pretty good and service was good.
Juicy burgers! Do note they are served medium rare, do asked them if you prefer well done.
I recommend All right all right, and trump ones.
But the chicken is way too over cooked and dry.

I loved that we could sit at a table next to a huge picture window over looking the river. Service was friendly and fast. We had burgers and cheesey fries. Nice big portions. The only thing I wasn't really convinced of was the £2.40 can of coke with a straw in. For that sort of money I think I'd of preferred it in a glass... I'm being picky I know.
Decent food, the Rasta chicken wings weren’t the best, but the burger was good! Katsu Sando sandwich was nice too.
Good food matched by the service. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Food came at a reasonable speed and was tasty. We were full and happy.
First time visiting with a friend, friendly greeting and service throughout from waitresses.
I ordered chippy curry fries with a PBBJ double bacon (miso peanut butter, chilli jam, crispy onions) they asked how we wanted the burgers cooked.
Food arrived quick in about 10 mins,
The burger meat was fresh, rich and tasty. The chilli jam was medium heat and I think slightly overpowered the peanut butter but it all went together well and tasted great. The bun was wet but didn't bother me at all, I don't know if these are meant to be dry buns.
There were plenty of crispy chips with onion, nice light curry sauce and the portion size was just right. The inclusion of a straw with the can of coke was a pleasant surprise!
Highly recommended and hope to visit again :)
First time visiting. The staff were lovely and really welcoming, our waitress explained the menu brilliantly and gave excellent recommendations! Will definitely return! Also the vegan burger was amazing!
My rating is based on the customer service I received. From the moment I entered the premises, I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. I had a few tables to choose from, and time was given to me to review the menu before a rundown of the options/combinations were given. The menu has lots to choose from and the staff were on hand to help answering questions. I will 100% return to 7bone even if it's just to thank ZSOLT for his first class Customer Service or for the Milkshakes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic evening here. Food was delicious, staff T and Gupta were so helpful and friendly, service was excellent and milkshakes were the best. We will be back :)
I genuinely love this place, the staff and our waitress. Melissa was beyond helpful, so kind and so patient. The food was impeccable as always love this place. I hope it never closes five stars I’d give it more if I could.
Our favourite date night restaurant - the dreadlock Rasta burger with Mac and cheese is to die for! Always brilliant service from our favourite waiter T and the great Melissa.
Absolutely love it here my husband and I come all the time as we always receive great food and great service but tonight we took our family who are over from America and wow they were amazed they loved their burgers and seasoned fries they fell in love with the biscoff milkshake and to top it off as always the staff were brilliant on hand for anything went through the menu with our guests and had a good laugh with them so thankyou thankyou for making there last night here one of the best
