I went to The Thames Lodge's riverside restaurant in the summer, and I had a really nice experience, sitting outside, along the towpath with a pretty dam good burger: Delightful. Their burger menu offered several different fillings, and the chips it came with were also really good. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, and although the wait for our food was a bit long, we were happy enjoying our cold beverages in the sun.
I've also been to their formal restaurant, but didn't think it was that great, and the food was rather average in comparison to the burger bar food.
Sitting beside the Thames river, it's amazing to have a drink. The service is fast and the food tastes good
