Amazing customer experience from Sarah today. On our way in for a quick butty before getting on the bus and she mad us smiling and even referred us to the app to help in future. Will be back soon!

I have to say the staff member(s) especially the lady on the till was absolutely lovely, cheery, smiley, very friendly with myself but also all other customers whom came in. Food was also very good (as always) but the customer service by the lady on the till today was second to none. Well done Gregg
