I regularly stop at this costa. There are some really lovely staff, especially a lady on the drive thru who I see often - always have a moment for a nice word.
Drinks are always nice, food is great - a little bit over priced, but all the coffee shops are these days!
Fast, efficient service. Quality of the drinks is consistently good and staff are friendly in the drive through section.
Visit here regularly either on my own or with friends. Staff are always friendly but my only gripe is that tables are left uncleared for ages. I'm sat here now, cleared my own table before ordering drinks, around me are 7 tables full of trays/plates etc. Only 5 tables being used so it's not busy?
Took longer to get served than usual but eventually cottoned on to the fact that one of the people in front was ordering drinks for about eight people. Server was pleasant and apologetic and the coffees and toasties hit the spot! Clean and tidy.
