Nice little coffee shop at the side of the Riverside shopping centre.
Relaxed atmosphere and had no trouble ordering a customised drink.

Had a few issues with flooding during storm so had cordoned off a section .
Friendly staff always pleasant. All areas are always clean and tidy. Coffee is made perfectly.
The only downfall was had a pushchair and wheelchair so was very cramped up in a corner but still in the way of other users trying to buy their food. But other than that lovely shop
As with most Costa's coffee is good, M&S tea cakes are the best, but why in Costa's in winter do they have the A/C on? To limit one's stay or for the staffs' convenience.

Visited this costa quite a few times and each and every time I have been served by a man with the name badge 'Joe'. He is so polite, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Even when serving a whole que by himself, he still has excellent customer service. A credit to the company.
