On Saturday around 1 PM, only few people inside, non in garden, we went there for a quick beer. I had never been there before, and from the outside, it didn't look big, but inside there was actually a lot of space. The interior was typical of an English pub, nothing that surprised me. The highlight was the garden, which was really nice, especially on warm days. The staff was friendly, and the prices were average. I recommend it.
What a cracking pub this is locates in Stafford town centre. About ten ales on and 2 ciders when I went including four Black Country ales (along with the usual selections) friendly behind the bar and locals are chatty. Dog friendly. Dart board. Does cold batches.Recommended if you want to try some ale and in the town centre. Recommended 🍻 🍏 🍎 🐕
Plenty of space in this Black Country Ales pub.
A good selection of ales and freshly made cobs. I had a cheese and onion that had just been made and an unusual Oakham ale.
There are plenty of sauces and pickles.
Pickles would probably be best left in a fridge, though.
