Great location within the Riverside Shopping Complex - right next to the river and the bridge over it. Just looking up you can see that the M&S Café is situated on the first floor with lovely views over the river. Makes a wonderful change from looking out over car parks, as with some branches 😉 The
Big shout out to Samantha in Lingerie Department for a great bra fit experience. Her knowledge is amazing. She’s a credit to the lovely store

Pleasant shopping experience. Easy parking. Clean shop . Great cafe.
Super clean and tidy store. Staff were helpful and friendly, good choice of clothing and the food was good.
2nd attempt to get refund on a dress, computers down on 1st visit.
Exactly what you would expect from M&S amazing staff quality clothing and calm atmosphere (not like other shop's that pound out unwanted noise from the loud 🔊 )
Staff are always lovely in this store and they have a good range. The only reason I've not given a 5* rating is because of how busy it has been and how the staff don't seem to be enforcing social distancing as well as they should. They do have hand sanitizer everywhere and are cleaning baskets and t

The women's lingerie department offer a br
Good facilities, they have a nice café inside with a few meal in the menu, lots of cakes and snacks people serving are really nice and helpful. Wheelchair friendly, children friendly with a room for feeding and baby changing facilities. Parking you have to pay even if you shopping there.
We visited coffee shop and food hall. The coffee shop was top notch, we were served and cared for with all courtesy and politeness one could wish for. Food hall was looking a bit bare, which could be expected on a Saturday afternoon. Still, staff were helpful and polite. True M&S quality throughout
Good quality clothes, shoes, slippers etc.... Slightly pricey but you have to pay for well made clothes. Very good customers services if you ever have an issue. I only buy my lingerie from M & S and i have done since i was a teenager coz you get what you pay for.
Very impressed, Car parking and disabled parking very convenient. Well laid out not cramped. Not as much as in Wolstanton but nicely displayed. Unlike Wolstanton not choked with rack after rack of heavily discounted clothes in colours, sizes and materials that few people want. But still like both st
