Went for a meal here. Had the fish and chips and it was so nice. Service was good and lovely atmosphere. Well worth a visit
the food tasted much better than our first visit (pre-covid pandemic), very attentive and lovely staff, and reasonably priced! nice local pub to visit with friends from the church. Good place to hangout or have a meal! Recommended!
Food was absolutely delicious and excellent value. Fudge cake was only £3.15 in most places itd be at least 2 quid more. Drinks were reasonably priced, the fries were so crispy and delicious! Popped in a couple of times now after work. Ale wise they have consistent Banks Amber, and Pedigree (ok). Always busy, with a local atmosphere and prompt service.
Eaten here a fair few times in the week mainly lunch time. Food is always tasty staff always pleasant and friendly and all reasonably priced what's not to like when your retired.
Visited the pub last night for a charity race night. Received a lovely warm welcome and Yvettee was marvellous in accommodating us to allow my Dad to watch a football match at the same time. Such a warm, friendly pub, with fantastic staff. The food is absolutely delicious and always bang on every time I use the pub. The chicken and bacon salad is the best salad I’ve ever had, and it’s what I have whenever I eat. Best pub I’ve found in a long long time!! Definitely worth its 5 star revie
