Great pub. The girl behind the bar was lovely and made us feel really welcome and chatted to us while it was quiet. Shame we didn't discover it earlier in our holiday so we could make a return visit.

Nothing bad to say about the red lion and the team who run it. Had my head and beard shaved for charity and they were more than happy to host, very helpful with the fundraising and very generous with their donations as well as one of the guys joing I'm and having a bit of a shave done too.

Very good customer service. Apparently the food is good. Caters for the locals very well with live sports and all the traditional meat draws and money in the box. They have euchre leagues. Good ales, not a large range, but good choices and well kept. Always fill you to the brim too. Decor is very go
