Lovely coconut white chocolate shake, yummy. 3 weeks later visited Christmas bits on the shelves a lovely assortment so stocked up for Christmas. Long use by dates. Lovely hot chocolate. Shame spiced pumpkin hot chocolate out of stock.
First time visiting. Didn't have what I wanted. Pumpkin spice. Apple pie drinks. Sundries were unavailable. Go into the warehouse to top up. Comment: Didn't go down well, only trying to make light of the situation . Still had hot drinks and a good shop lovely place fantastic service
Whilst I think the shop here is attached to a factory, there are no outlet-style deals. Everything in the shop was normal prices. However, there is a cafe here selling Hotel Chocolat's delicious hot chocolate along with a tempting array of cakes and sweet treats. Staff were really lovely and friend
Lovely big shop with a cafe at the front. The shop had a really good selection of the chocolates available at all Hotel Chocolat shops. They also have a section of broken/mis-shaped or short dated chocolates, which is a great idea, although it cost me a fortune!!

Always drove past this place. So decided to actually go inside. It has a good range of chocolates and much cheaper than the high street. If you like a bargain, you can get chocolates that are close to their Best before date at half the price. There’s also a small cafe in the shop with a great choic
Well worth a visit. Outlet shop (some good deals on chocolate with a short best before date), and a lovely cafe with indoor and outdoor seating.
This was an amazing place and made mw feel like Willy Wonka was about to pop out. It is only an outlet and the prices are a great discount and the Chocolat is divine. Lots of choice with amazing flavours to choose from.
Make sure you ask about the sale items..a great saving for a great taste!
Great outlet and cafe, really useful for click & collect with nice and friendly staff. We went at a slighty busy time but was abke to get in and around easily enough. The cafe was a little busy when we were waiting at the checkout but as soon as they had the drinks under control someone quickly popp
Very nice place with great drinks. Has great vegan choices and is dog friendly outside. Although some drinks can be quite expensive.
Nice chocolate expert, helped me count my Irish change, wonderful place , free wifi. Best hit chocolate I've ever has. Tourist from Canada.

Best part of the visit is the ice cream. There is nothing like Hotel Chocolat ice cream. Good value too compared to an ice cream van. Worth a visit if in the area.
The cafe here serves the best drinks and icecream. You wont be disappointed. Definitely try the cream on top on your drinks.
We used to call in regularly on our way back to Bedford but recently there have been very few 'bargains' on offer. I think this shop is no longer a factory shop and is now just a normal shop ☹️
Cool place to visit and get some treats! Hopefully they will soon have some more vegan options! Hot chocolate is amazing.

Chocolate heaven. Not so many bargains to pick up compared to previous visits. Not the full range on display. There is a café there with seating inside and out.
Amazing place to get some chocolate, and they normally have amazing offers. The drink are amazing, and I would recommend getting the app and getting a vip card as this can save you a few pounds.
Good food and service, it's looking a little tired since we last stopped in for supplies. It needs restrooms too.. but fabulous chocolate!
