Had a really great breakfast and lovely coffee on Saturday morning. Well worth booking a table, which is very easy to do via an online app as it can get very busy and avoids disappointment. All the ingredients are locally sourced and of top quality. I also brought a granary loaf and Chelsea bun to take away both fantastic. Staff really welcoming.

Had afternoon tea with my daughter here yesterday as a late Mothers Day gift and I couldn't have been happier. A great selection of sandwiches on beautiful bread, cakes, biscuits and a large scone with clotted cream and jam, unlimited tea or coffee, you really couldn't have wanted more.....perfect 😋 The young girl working gave 150% attention to our needs making sure we had everything we wanted for a lovely afternoon. Good staff can be hard to come by and Elsie May's has one of the best employees I've been served by in a long time.

Love coming to this place, the staff are excellent and service is prompt. The menu is nicely varied without being massive and their breakfasts are amazing. But what you're really coming here for are the weekly special scones - wow! This week it's Hazlenut and chocolate, one week it was salted caramel, but there's also the usual plain/fruit/cheese if you want something nice and traditional. Lovely coffee too, and prices which are just right. Make sure to visit this one!

Had morning coffee here and were very pleased. Fresh baked sweet buns were lovely. Gorgeous tomato foccacia to take home. Treats for the dog. Forget the big brand cafe on the square and seek out this gem around the corner. Nice to meet you all and will be back next time we are in town. PicklesMom!

So pleased that Elsie May's has reopened! Delicious food - Welsh rarebit and the homemade cheese scones are particularly good. Great choice of teas too.

We had the breakfast was very disappointed the bacon was dry not cooked fresh. Mind you it was about 12:30ish, they did offer us discount or a free drink. And yes we will go back again.

Really nice coffee and great breakfast and food options. We also got cake to take away which was absolutely lush. The gluten free option was lovely and the bread looked amazing.

The addition of the bakery to this venture has really elevated it. Lovely decor and breakfast, I have also enjoyed a cocktail or two here before and they were great. All the staff are kind and friendly.

We cannot recommend Elsie May's more highly! Food is excellent, the Welsh Rarebit crumpets are divine, toasted sandwiches lovely & the cakes...... every time we go there's another delicious home baked cake to try, but their Paradise Slice is by far my favourite. Staff are the friendliest we have ever come across in a cafe/bar and nothing is too much trouble. The pace is relaxed, this is not the cafe for you if you're after 'fast food' this is a place to relax, chat & enjoy the freshly prepared food in comfort. But....... the best thing by far about Elsie May's is that they love, love, love their four legged visitors. Our schnauzer Evie is welcomed with open arms & is given, treats galore. Facilities are good, there's somewhere to change little ones, ramp access for wheelchairs & buggies & they are in the process of building an outdoor seating deck area. Hygiene is obviously excellent as the cafe & facilities are scrupulously clean. We have also noticed that staff wash their hands after greeting dogs! Elsie May's is a very welcome addition to St Neots & we plan on being regular visitors.

Wonderful dog friendly cafe with really delicious coffee! Everyone that works there is so lovely, you feel at home immediately. Look forward to trying out the bar in evenings too, they sell the non alcoholic gins & wines. Really nice atmosphere & great space (with the original floors which they've painstakingly restored!)

Need more staff as we were waiting far too long for our drinks, we went on a Thursday evening which had a piano player, who was great. The atmosphere was electric! It was certainly a nice relaxing evening. Although we waited longer than would be expected, the bar staff were friendly and explain the cocktail process, so we were ok to wait. Not so sure all would enjoy waiting for their drinks.

Very impressed with our first visit here. Nice comfortable premises, great coffee and cake and first class friendly service. It's a nice change from queuing for coffee at the chain coffee shops, they actually bring it to your table! We look forward to future visits and exploring more of the menu. A lovely new addition to St Neots.

Just collected the most amazing chocolate cake. Looks fantastic and tastes absolutely delicious. What made it even better is that they were more than happy to make it vegan to cater for our dietary needs. It was a prize kindly donated for a local school raffle but i will most deffinately be visiting Elsie May's Electric Lounge again! Think i may have found my new favourite sweet treat supplier! Will highly reccomend.
