Keeps me coming back this place. I am local, but then again there are plenty of other places around. Atmosphere is good, inside is roomy and a good size garden for the sunny days. Can get busy at times. Food is good. Choice of beverage is also adequate for the location and size of the PUB. Service is also good.

I go there with my wife or friends occasionally as it has a warm and friendly atmosphere. It is also dog-friendly. There's normally a fire in the winter and the garden at the rear is great during the warmer weather.

Sweet outdoor garden, tasteful food (but a little bit too small portion compared to price), heavenly dessert! We spent quality time with friends!

Last minute decision to try the pub for Saturday night dinner. We ordered the pork burger and carrot Wellington. My burger was delicious and great portion size. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely rural pub, made to feel very welcome and looked after throughout our visit. Food was great, especially the seafood mixed grill. Adnams Ghost Ship and Southwold Bitter on cask which were well kept. Faultless really.

Fantastic Sunday lunch! A very cute local pub with a cosy feel to it. The food was great value for money and the staff were very friendly. A great find and we will certainly be coming back!

Lovely village pub offering an excellent selection of drinks including beers (including Ghost Ship and Doombar), wines and gins. Fresh, but sympathetic decor that complements the buildings original features. Toilets are clean and always well stocked with paper and soap. Pleasant outdoor space with play area for younger people, long fence for bike leaning and lots of shaded tables if you're not keen to top up your tan. The food here is excellent and it is a good idea to book a table as this place has a very good reputation and can get quite busy. Really nice people behind the bar. Not open on Mondays or Tuesdays, but very deserving of a visit.

What a lovely pub! Perfect for a Saturday lunch on a hot day, we were able to sit in the garden because unlike many pubs there was plenty of tables with protection from the sunshine. Great beer, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the lamb and the burger, I wish I had had a dessert because they looked amazing and from the appreciative noises from the rest of the party (and a definite refusal by one to share!) I know they were delicious. The garden had a sandpit and slide that kept the children happy. A definite win.
