The Atlantic On St Mary's - St Mary's - Photo album

Very good food. Had the chicken tikka masala and it was amazing. Desserts were excellent. Great views across Town Beach from the restaurant. Only issue was the restaurant was a bit too hot.
Due to the weather we have to extend our holiday one more night and as the holiday flat was already occupied with the new holiday makers, we had to find a room! The only room available was at The Atlantic! Room 20, absolutely wonderful! Spacious, clean, very well decorated, very extra large comforta
Fantastic pub, great selection of beers and wines and so friendly. Wish I hadn’t been a day tripper 🥲
Outstanding atmosphere, service, food and location. From easy booking to confirmation we had an amazing evening. We were there on a very busy night but nothing was too much trouble for the very attentive staff. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return!
Beautiful room overlooking the harbour, very comfortable large bed, very good shower. However both the Breakfast and the Evening meal menu did not include Gluten free options which reduced dramatically the choices available. This is our only criticsm of a very pleasant stay.
Cosy pub with seating outside looking over the bay. Only went here for drinks during our stay but enjoyed the friendly fast service and selection of drinks on offer. They serve food also and have rooms available. Popular and rightly so.
Great food, we ate here in the evening a couple of times, staff great and the food was very good. Had lunch today... the ploughman's was quite good but what let it down was the white sliced bread, not really what I was expecting.... very disappointed.
Lovely restaurant area serving very tasty food and a lovely menu. Service was nothing special and a bit lacklustre in quality and experience. The bar area is cosy, welcoming and has a nice outdoor area with rooftop terrace which is a lovely place to be.
Had a quick stop for lunch whilst working in the area. Lovely outside area with stunning views of the harbour. Great food and well kept beer. Joined in the entertaining pub quiz when marooned on a previous occasion. Reasonably priced, considering the stunning location.
An excellent position for boats , shops and cafes. There's a pleasant terrace overlooking yhe bay/harbour where you can sit relaxing with a drink and book. Pleasant staff. Particular mention for Max and Lynn who served us at breakfast, efficiently and with a cheery smile and excellent balance b
We had to shelter from the rain whilst visiting the island this past weekend and found this gorgeous pub. Divine hot chocolates for very cold children and beer for the parents. 2 lads behind the bar gave me excellent advice about ginger nuts and the scillonian ferry boat! If you know you know 😉
Excellent food ifs slightly limited choice. If you can’t eat fish or are choosing not to eat chips it could be a struggle. If only there was a vegetarian pasta or rice dish on the specials board (meat eaters often eat veggie options) it would be an improvement
Excellent fish and chips. Good views from the balcony area (although you have to be quick to get a seat there if it's busy). Much nicer inside than the auster exterior would suggest.
We had a lovely meal for my wife's birthday and an amazing Sunday roast. Thank you all for all your help and excellent customer service. Hopefully we will see you next year.👍
Enjoyed an excellent dinner in this well situated hotel/pub. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the views over the harbour were delightful. Highly recommended!
