Old Town Cafe - St Mary's - Photo album

Lovely welcoming place. Friendly, prompt service with a smile. Delicious breakfast
Old Town, St. Mary's is probably one of the atmospheric places I've been to in the UK. A stroll around the graveyard provides the history. This little cafe situated at the other end of the gorgeous beach sells great ice creams and a small selection of lovely food.
Really enjoyed the cream tea - ginger flavoured scones, cream and rhubarb& ginger jam. Lovely people running the cafe, definitely worth a visit.
10/10 brownie! Ended up having 2. The generous scoop of clotted cream was perfect
Had full English twice here, lovely.
Lovely place good food maybe a little expensive but all in all recommended
Lovely cream tea. Atentive and helpful
Good food, sensible portions and lots of interesting historical collections displayed around the walls.
Great staff and food and view
Lovely location, fab views over the bay. Super friendly sparrows that were so tame they landed on your hands and would eat the crumbs on the table. Food was lovely. My only criticism is that you shouldn't charge £1 extra for someone to have a coffee instead of a pot of tea with the cream tea and you
Lovely sandwiches and prompt service.
Stopped in this charming cafe on a walk around the island. A nice selection of things on the menu. Had a coffee and slice of cake washed down with a cold cider
Stopped here for a very decent coffee and cakes on a rather wet day. Friendly service, decent food and situated right on the road past Old Town beach. A good one to pencil in for a break if you are doing the coast path walk from Hugh Town.
We had been told that the ginger scones here were to die for so we went and tried them and they were gorgeous. We'll definitely be back for more when we come back next year.
