Really enjoyed it there. Well worth a visit. Can't wait to see the improvements with more room for the animals. Now I dont know much about these animals however, I do feel some 'toys' for the animals would be great for them! Also the top of the castle could do with something to stop the kids from climbing on top of it as its just a matter of time before a child falls off. The burgers from the burger van were nice but at almost £4 I thought alittle steep. Didn't get any food from the pub as there was no tables outside but the food that came out looked lovely! Other than that the ppl were lovely and we will be going back. Fyi pulling the buggy on the gravel is better than trying to push it!

Lovely meal yesterday. There were 10 of us and it was excellent. The Zoo was also well worth a visit. The animals and birds all seem very well cared for and happy. They are breeding so they are obviously doing something right. Would highly recommend 👍

Had our little boys party here today and would 100% recommend it for any animal lover children!! Was well organised, food was brill and plentiful. The meerkat feeding experience was amazing - wasn’t rushed, really hands on and very informative and then to top it off the zoo keeper stayed with you and spoke about all the animals and kept all the children engaged!! Well done Fenn Bell Inn !!

Great food, good selection and ample portions and varied children’s menu too. The zoo is wonderful and excellent way to keep small children amused before eating or to get some exercise after a meal. The train looks wonderful but unfortunately we’ve only visited out of season when the train hasn’t been running. Will definitely be going back, hopefully when the train is running.

Visiting haven from Scotland and decided to check out the fen bell and so glad we did. Food was lovely and competitively priced. Kids meals come with ice cream which was welcome on such a hot day. Entry to the small zoo was so reasonable at £2 each and the animals were great and well looked after. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Thanks

A big thank you to the Fenn Bell today. We visited them today for the 1st time to see the zoo and have a late lunch and although I booked for 9 of us to eat it ended up being 15! The staff were so lovely and accommodating - they mangaged to re-jig things around and fit us in. The food was lovely, the staff were awesome and the zoo is really lovely. Looking forward to visiting again.

Lovely pub with a very personal zoo attached to the side. All the animals are very well cared for, and it is clear the owners pride themselves in this. It is a popular place and clear to see why. The foxes are incredible to watch, as are the wild cats! I was lucky enough to talk with the owner, and he was friendly, welcoming and down to earth. A fantastic little gem of a pub that we highly recommend.

Came across this beautiful place while at our stay at Haven a few minutes away. We came at 7pm so was unable to go around the little zoo they have, however, what a lovely pub, food was absolutely amazing, very generous portions!! And great value for money! Lovely friendly staff, beautiful roaring log burner which made it very comfortable. The only thing I would say was that it could have done with slightly more light, it was quite dark to eat our food but that’s the only slight nag I have. 100% would return, it was £85 for 5 of us with main course and alcoholic drinks. Absolute bargain for absolutely gorgeous food!!! Unfortunately I didn’t take any pics of food! Looked too yummy to stop and take pics! :)

Thank you for a lovely meal. The food was amazing, worth every penny. You made my daughters day with the weird little dance when paying for the bill. She's still talking about it now. X

You know the zoo is lovely, it's a shame that when I visited the pub was shut. I had been hoping for a bit of a cosy pub lunch then a mooch through the zoo but the new cafe was ok. Food looked lovely coming out but it wasn't the same.

Visited with a friend and our Kids. We saw the animals and then had a roast in the canteen. Unfortunately the pub was booked for a function but that was fine. The food was lovely and hot and the kids loved the park. Great would visit again x

Quick nice service, good food, reasonable prices. Lots of sitting places inside the zoo but some outside for customers not visiting zoo. I was impressed by the egg - well cooked and the yolk was orange like from my grandma's hens. Good quality ham but served cold! Ham and egg as well as hamburger served with no side salad, just chips. Kids enjoyed their nuggets with chips and sweetcorn; they also ate garlic bread so I assume it was tasty. Chicken goujones well cooked. My husband wasn't very happy with his burger. Good choice of local bear, nice and cold. No inside dining allowed and outside you can always find people smoking next to you. But we enjoyed the dinner. We were lucky to get one of the two roofed tables to hide from the sun. Lots of parking spaces - if the main park is full, there's another 2 min walk away.

Lovely pub with good range of food, visited the little conservation zoo behind which we’ve wanted to visit for years. Really friendly team of staff in both venues as owned and managed by the same people. The zoo is perfect if you want a small easy walk. Great for youngsters. Really nice day out and super cheap. Will definitely visit again.

Me & kids had a great time, so much to see, feed the duck,we saw 2 baby Barn Owls & the zoo keeper was feeding them infront of us. Its a must see this holiday. They got a new Cat & he is beautiful. Its a Africa Caracal. We also fed the sheep, very cheeky & fully & so much more. Do yourself the favour & pop in.

Great respect for the staff dealing with some awful customers! First of all I'd like to highlight how calm and collected the receptionist stayed whilst she was subjected to a tirade of disgusting foul language for something that was totally out of her control (from parents of birthday party no less, classy!). She kept her cool and still found time to help us get a table in the pub whilst or daughter was on her lunch break from her keeper day. My daughter had the best day with Amy who was very friendly and knowledgeable, she got to feed kids of animals and was very excited by the end of it. Food is okay, pretty much what I expect from a busy pub and reasonably priced. Only knocked a star off because the overflow car park resembled the Somme in 1916; I think they need some hard standing out there!
