We were here yesterday evening for my partners parents 60th wedding anniversary and we eat here as often as time allows. The staff are brilliant. So friendly and so attentive. Even though the restaurant is always busy they make you feel as though you are the most important people in there. Oh, and yes, the menu is extensive and the food and wine is first class. I would recommend to anyone looking for a really great, relaxing meal with friends and family. Thanks, Dolphin ππ

My wife and I have been going to the Dolphin since before we were married and we have been married 42 years this week and will continue to, long may the Dolphin keep a watchful eye over the best view in Jersey!
Fantastic place to eat. The food is fairly priced and always delicious. The staff are friendly, extremely attentive and very good at their job. My husband and I often dine here and would happily recommend The Dolphin to everyone.
Well i was shattered from long walk from st helier. Barman noticed. Lol. As i was avin my beer all of a sudden same guy just popped a small portion of scampy an chips in front of me an said enjoy. Its comp. Which i think is a nice touch. Made me get anouther beer mind u.lol. but yes i enjoyed the experience. Staff nice. Th waiters for the restaurant did not move me as i was sat there. Which was nice. They worked around me. Def recomend.

Came last night with partner in the evening after booking the night before. The service we received was very good and the staff were attentive. Our food was delicious and cooked as specified. We will come here again when we next visit Jersey.
