FirstLight Bistro is a charming little cafe in St Margaret's Bay that serves up amazing breakfast and lunch. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the staff are always happy to help. I've tried both the vegan and regular breakfasts, and both were delicious. The vegan breakfast is made with avocado, tomato, hash browns, mushrooms, beans, and toast, and it's packed with flavor. The regular breakfast is also very good, with all the classic ingredients you'd expect. I've also tried the sausage rolls. They're absolutely delicious, and they're a great option if you're looking for something a bit more substantial. For dessert, I recommend the biscoff or fruit bun. Overall, I highly recommend FirstLight Bistro. It's a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, or a coffee and cake. The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

Great English breakfast (the black pudding was a great addition), super sweet people, and so many opportunities to say hi to dogs πŸ’– Visiting for the week and we have been 3 times already πŸ˜…

Really friendly staff. We got our car broken in the village, staff helped us to get taxi and also I enjoyed the hot chocolate. Thank you for your friendly service. Recommended.

Such a lovely place in a great location! I only found this place recently and surprised just how much they have to offer! 3 different spaces in the same building...... Cafe dining area with a third space which feels like a bar and they show football too! The mocha I ordered was really good! Great staff and really friendly also! Definitely will use more!

Went in to see a friend play guitar, nice chilled out place. Ordered a couple of pizzas, took a little while to come, but they were worth the wait. Pepperoni pizza and garlic bread were fantastic. We will be back for sure.

I dropped in at lunchtime and ordered a flat white coffee and sausage roll. Just wanted to say thank you, coffee delicious and in a lovely cup/mug, sausage roll sublime! Staff were lovely, welcoming and smiley. Well fortified, I think I did my best ever cycle home! Thanks again, see you soon

Came here for a wreath making workshop and I had the best time. Yummy mince pies and the most delicious mulled wine! And a not too shabby wreath at the end of it.

Visited on Saturday, bank holiday weekend. From very limited evening menu (pizza, nachos, scampi with chips and burgers) cafe didn't have burgers and only 2 pizza bases left (7pm)!!! Vegetarian options were only nachos and pizza. Very disappointing (my partner wanted to have burger) but that was the only place in the whole village which had tables available. Daily menu looks much better. Service was good
