Great food. Nice views. Big garden with sun shade at every table. There are nice large relaxed outdoor sofa areas but all those were booked up. They also welcoming of cyclists

We had their fabulous Paella in the Garden on a sunny Bank Holiday Monday. The Spanish beer was very good as well.
Great Spanish tapases! Nice outside area! Service is good too. But only complain is - bottle of bubbly was barely cold, so not the best really … we would come back anyways! For the food 😍
Been there several times. Great place to eat or just go for a drink - totally relaxing. Lovely, well furnished garden with countryside views. Warm and friendly inside (with a welcome fire in winter) and spacious seating. Excellent menu - both tapas and traditional served - and tasty, beautifull
Been here twice and had two great meals. Love the fact they do tapas and when we visited they had some lovely fresh oysters at a very good price. If you're a couple that likes to share food this is the perfect pub to visit. Drinks selection was good and staff were very nice. We will be returning.

Had a fantastic lunch today. Warm, welcoming and incredibly efficient staff. We wouldn't hesitate to return! Very impressed with the Horse Tie Up area... Guess where we'll be hacking soon!

Food was amazing and lovely to sit in the sun. Also outdoor table service much appreciated, although a little slow but they did have an event on at the same time.
Lovely pub serving great Mediterranean style food. Tapas menu is superb as are the main options. We had Portuguese style fish, Beef skewers, Sea Bass and Scottish Mussels. Every dish was wonderful. Deserts were very good also.

Nice countryside pub with a big enough beer garden. I didn't get a chance to try food here as I only stopped here for a quick pint, but the service was genuinely pleasant. Good enough drink choices and seemed like a popular place with locals/families. Fairly quiet location also makes it a very good
We visited The White Lion to meet with a group of friends. We spent the whole time outside in their fabulous, dog friendly beer garden. Our terrier had a great time wandering about and saying hi to the resident dogs.
