Everything was fresh and really very very VERY good. Be aware they most dishes are bit overpriced (16 gbp for four prawns..), and you don’t have the choice on what you get, so you end up around 60 / person with half bottle of wine and half a dessert.Given quality it is worth it. Meal took two hours from start to finish, so definitely for a convivial evening, not a quick (or cheap) bite.

This was such a great experience! Top quality ingredients cooked with knowledge and love. It’s 1 Spanish menu, so no choice or decisions to make, created with seasonal produce, creative, comforting and so delicious. Excellent, smiling and efficient service. Congratulations to the whole team and we’re already planning our next visit!

Amazing birthday meal. My new favourite place. I feel lucky to have this place in our town. Love the concept of no menu. Food was the tastiest ever and not playing it safe on flavours! Great music and atmosphere and great service. We'll be back soon!

This place came highly recommended and went beyond my expectation. Staff are very friendly and sociable. The food was good quality and worked together very well. There was no menu and this was something we really liked about the place as we got to try food that we wouldn't normally go for.

Absolutely love this place - the food was delicious and beautifully served, with a lovely wine to accompany. We visited last night with two friends and have been telling everyone about it today - we'll definitely be back!

It was so very nice not to have to choose from a menu, and to be excited about what would arrive at the table. Then, as each dish is put in front of you, you marvel at how delicious it looks and wonder how it will taste? You won't believe how much flavour is packed into such a small bundle of joy!!! And they keep coming, perfectly timed, until you can't possibly eat more... but there is one final delight not to be missed... the Basque Cheesecake, with a hint of salt, that will make you close your eyes with utter satisfaction. Thank you, Three Faces of Del Parc, for caring about giving me a wonderful evening. I hope I can get in next time I visit St. Leonards.

Best tapas in St Leonards on Sea by far. Superb menu venue and service highly recommended. I have been a few times and everytime I have been delighted by the cuisine. The menu is varied tapas with lots of variety with plenty of options for vegetarians. Great service good wine, I especially recommend the prawns and the Padron Peppers both are delicious and as good as any Spanish restaurant in Spain!

This restaurant has such a nice atmosphere. It was refreshing not to choose the food ourselves - the chef serves what he cooks and it was all really good. The staff were lovely and explained all the dishes and catered perfectly for both the vegetarians and meat eaters in our group... just a great experience all round. We will definitely be back.
