The Bathing Hut Cafe - St Leonards-on-Sea - Photo album

Fantastic and friendly place on the beach. We love that it’s vegetarian and that everything is homemade. That end of the beach is quieter than the Hastings end and has such a beautiful view.
Lovely food, vegan / vegetarian. Great service & amazing location. Well worth a visit. Outdoors seating.
It is a great place to sit in the sun, and have a coffee or a cold drink. There is a limited array of pastries available, however, we chose a Brownie which was excellent t with our coffee.
A lovely surprise for lunch with great vegan options. We went for the dirty fries and aubergine pakora. Friendly staff and quick service. We will definitely visit again.
Had oat flat white and a halloumi burger, could easily have been disappointing but nice coffee then gherkins and roasted red pepper slice really elevated the deep fried halloumi
Reasonable coffee, food was OK.had the unfortunate fortune to be there whilst another cyclist was screaming and shouting at another cyclist.lovely setting right on the edge of the beach
Lovely location looking over the sea. Very nice cake and drinks very reasonably priced.
Had lunch here today with my husband and daughter. Absolutely delicious, very messy (I had the Reuben), generous portions and very good value. Food is all veggie and vegan but would definitely recommend to meat eaters like myself too. We will definitely be going back!
Lovely little place with great sea views. Halloumi burger was best I’ve had and children loved the veggie sausages in brioche rolls. Nice coffee and chips too.
Tasty veggie food. Brilliant on a hot day.
Have been here a few times at various times of the year..great veggie/vegan food and a lovely location on the beach. When it's sunny, this is a real little gem. When it's cold, it's also lovely but wrap up warm!
Just stopped for a quick cuppa coffee, it's fine, made with milk and from beans. A worthwhile spot to warm up!
Cool place to stop and refuel whilst walking along the beachfront between St Leonards and Bexhill. Right on the beach, so great views. Had sausage and onions in a baguette, which was good (I believe all food options are veggie....but the sausage was great). Coffee was a bit average tbh....would prob
Great tea & cake. Deb was lovely and happy to suggest a few places to visit in the area.
The cafe now opens on a more regular basis when the weather is good. They have a Friday vegan fish & chips it is like very good quality fish but now a days real fish is often disappointing although Hastings is good for fresh caught fish of cause. Weekend breakfast which I have not tried but I have
A great spot on a sunny day with a fresh breeze
Amazing food and friendly owners. The Banana Blossom Tacos are gorgeous. A must visit for wonderful vegan and vegetarian food in a beautiful location.
I love this place! It's situated on the quieter end of the beach at St Leonards! There is a seating area but looks out onto the beach so you can take your hot food, sandwiches, snacks, and hot and cold drinks with you if you wish! The staff are lovely and the prices are reasonable!
