5* for everything. Food was lovely, we had the salt & pepper squid, tiger prawns, rosemary fries, child margarita pizza, 2 other pizzas (I canโt remember the name!) everything tasted fantastic. The service was spot on. Super child friendly, the lady showed us a box of toys (this makes a massive difference with a 2yo!!) and dog friendly. The toilets were really clean as well. Thank you. Would defiantly visit again. If only I lived in St Ives we would be here all the time.
Our new favourite place in St Ives. Great decor and atmosphere. Drinks are good, food is well presented and very tasty.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Can't wait for our next visit, save the chairs by the fire for us!
Best Pizza! Popped in to grab a take out Pizza. The restaurant itself was full but staff were amazing and friendly. Will 100% be back. The food was fresh with perfectly balanced flavours. Thanks so much!
We visited on our first night in St Ives this year, the Pizzas were amazing, the pizza dough/crust is really special.
It was really busy when we went so quite loud and we did wait nearly an hour for 4 Pizzas. We didn't mind too much as we were not in a rush and like I said the Pizzas were fantastic so worth the wait maybe? We walked past another night and they had live music. Staff were nice.
We went there for dinner and we had a fantastic evening. Service and Pizzas were equally excellent. There was a young musician playing and we stayed for more drinks and delicious cocktails with a great atmosphere.
Best to book , very busy. Great place to eat and drink. Top notch service. Haven't stayed there yet but rooms look charming.
We came here last year when it first opened and had to book again for this year. All I can say is thank you for such an incredible meal. 10/10 food and service. I can honestly say itโs one of the best pizzas Iโve had. Great decor good prices. I hope you continue such high standards and stay for many years. Well done team Host.๐๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
We went with a group of 20 to the host - a simply wonderful evening with great food, good wine. The Team was super nice and the location was full of good vibes! Thanks for having usโค๏ธ
We went for quick lunch before we travel to Newquay to our hotel. Great place with some toys, books and crayons for kids. My daughter really enjoy it! Pizza was so tasty!!! Highly recommend! Friendly staff , great pizza what need more?
I went here after being recommended by another pub for doing roast dinners. Unfortunately, they've doing them during summer.
I stayed and I had a meal. I chose the spiced lamb kofta alongside some halloumi fries. The lamb was nice, but it wasn't spicy and it wasn't 'kofta' as such. The pitta & salad were nice and blended nicely with the meat. The halloumi fries were very nice. Overall, it was a filling meal.
The customer service is great. There are some very hardworking staff. The food is delivered quite quickly as well.
Worth visiting.
Itโs the most wonderful restaurant with amazing food (not just a pizzeria) but does an awesome roast on a Sunday.
Rassie is an extraordinary restaurantour and Rose manages your service impeccably.
Honestly, Iโve eaten in some amazing places, but these guys are the best. ๐๐ผ๐ฅณ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
5 mins from the harbour. Often booked up, so plan ahead, but they cater well for walk ins with seats at the bar and along the windows. Piza dough is excellent, genuine wood fire oven, great choice Inc vegi. We also had chips and panco prawns. All good. James, the bar guy, makes a very good Negroni. I recommend this place.
Had dinner here 3 out of my 7 nights in St Ives highly recommend the roast beef on a Sunday night. The Pizzas are also very good. Polite, friendly attentive staff.
A little expensive especially charging ยฃ3.50 for a tin of coke. But overall we all had a good time. The pizzas were nice and tasty but again a little expensive, but you are in St Ives.
Very comfortable and lovely restaurant. The pizza was extremely well cooked. A great place to visit and relax. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.
I recently had the pleasure of eating at Host St Ives, and I must say, their pizzas are absolutely delicious! If you're in the mood for some pizza, this is the place to go. Great with children too!!
The quality of the pizzas at this converted Victorian Bank building are impressive. The crust is hand-stretched and wood-fired to perfection. One pizza that truly stood out was the Point Break. This delightful combination of caramelised red onion, goat's cheese, and prosciutto was a delightful surprise. The sweetness of the onion, the creaminess of the goat's cheese, and the savory prosciutto worked together really well. I highly recommend giving it a try!
In addition to their pizzas, Host St Ives also offers a variety of small plates that are equally mouth-watering. And if you're there on a Sunday, make sure to indulge in their Sunday Roast, which is known to be one of the finest in town.
The ambiance of Host St Ives is charming, with its conversion from a Victorian Bank building. Whether you're looking to enjoy a casual night out with friends or have a romantic evening, the vibrant cocktail bar and wine bar provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The service at Host St Ives was friendly and attentive. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to provide recommendations.
Overall, if you're a pizza lover or simply enjoy good food in a pleasant setting, I highly recommend a visit to Host St Ives. Their pizzas are delicious, and the Point Break combination is a definite highlight. Next time Iโm having the chicken satay or ribeye as it looked excellent.
Thank you ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ธ
We had an excellent Sunday roast dinner in the restaurant and went back tonight for a birthday celebration meal. Wonderful food and five star service. We recommend booking. Paul and Gill. ๐
