The food is amazing here, really delicious! Staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant is clean, and feels cosy due to being divided in to a couple of smaller areas. Location is great; right on the river, and in summer you can sit outside if you want to. I have been to Amore a few times, and I love it 😊
Home style restaurant with pleasant atmosphere. Fantastic view and location.
Polite and not intrusive waiters. Serving meals was fast. The food are delicious, we tried medallion,sea bass, and couple starters. It was perfect.
There is some small details in the interior and in branding, which can be improved.
But the overall experience is very good.
Although a very busy Saturday evening, the food and service were truly excellent. The calamari starters were succulent and both main courses (steak and liver) superb. Everything was served in a timely fashion by very well trained and engaging staff. This was a repeat visit and never had anything but a wonderful experience, we’ll certainly be back!
A very enjoyable meal, great questor quality and presentation. We ate outside which in the warm weather was wonderful.

Had a lovely evening at Amore - sat by the quay in the evening sun.
The food was absolutely delicious - we had the goat's cheese stuffed aubergine/ spicy sausage to start, followed by chicken marsala & the calves liver. Portion sizes were also very generous & we thought it was excellent value for money.
Service was good & staff friendly, only suggestion I'd make is for the cutlery to be brought out before serving the food.
All in all, a wonderful meal & a lovely place & we'll look forward to coming back soon!
It's rare to find an owner run restaurant pervaing such well prepared, cooked and presented meals with taste to match and in such a beautiful location. Very good value. I will return again and probably again.
Excellent! Situated right by the river this is a lovely place to dine. The food was fantastic, with a great selection on the menu of pasta, meat or fish dishes. It was nicely presented and hot. Staff were lovely. Will definitely return.

Food was very delicious - we had some sharing breads and bruschetta to start ; fish and pasta dishes for mains. They were all very delicious and generous portions.
Would highly recommend.
A lovely restaurant. Only downside was a number of flies buzzing around the restaurant and we had to bring a highchair for our son. Overall service and food was great though. Would go back again.

Dined here on Saturday in a group of 4, lovely setting overlooking the river. Couldn’t fault the service or food, the best I’ve had in a long time!
Authentic Italian food at a very nice location next to the river. Ordered Rissotto and sea bass. Both were freshly prepared with excellent ingredients resulting in flavoursome food. Highly recommended without doubt
Best pasta I have ever eaten. Tagliatelle alla amore and lasagne for my other half. Garlic bread too. Not expensive and service 1st class. Can't recommend highly enough
Lovely Birthday dinner , our 4th visit here . Now firmly out favourite restaurant. Perfectly cooked vegetables with gorgeous melt in the mouth beef fillet. Tiramisu was just delicious. We'll be back

Thank you for giving us a great afternoon. Thank you because everything was just great. The wonderful food (a subtle combination of beautiful flavours and perfect size portions), the perfect service and the relaxed atmosphere. It was our first visit and we see it as a great discovery. We should have asked for a very small spoon however for the delicious tiramisu. That would have made it last longer.
