This is a great dining spot in the heart of St Ives. An incredibly welcoming experience in a beautifully decorated restaurant… you have the option of seating in the restaurant or on the terrace which is great! The staff were very polite and the service was quick. This for me was an incredibly relaxing experience and the food was super tasty. I would recommend the beef rigatoni and the incredibly creamy buratta (one of the best I’ve ever had). Only thing I will say is the portion size was huge! But is that something really to complain about? I would definitely return here <3

Wondered across this lovely place after an afternoon exploring St Ives, some of the best food I've had for a while. Staff were friendly and let us have a table even though we hadn't pre booked, service was really quick and they didn't mind us coming up with slightly damp trousers sandy flip flops either. Highly recommended coming here if you're passing by, I still think about the lamb rigatoni

New favourite restaurant in St Ives. We come every year and haven’t visited the loft before but are so glad we did! The food on offer is all really cosy and rich in flavour. For starter I had the muscles which were delicious and cooked in a lovely chorizo and tomato sauce - such an amazing change from the usual white wine. I had the Hake which was absolutely delicious and came with the most amazing curry sauce I’ve ever had. The rest of my party had the beef cheek and the lamb rigatoni which were both slow cooked and the meat was falling to pieces they said they were delicious too! The service was good but could have been slightly better if the staff were more attentive- they seemed very rushed and busy. We will definitely visit again.

Unexpected to find this place in the backstreet's of St. Ives Cornwall close to the harbour A small but very nice restaurant the food is very nice and the staff and service is very good Not suitable for disabled people unless they can climb a flight of stairs.

I was taken here for a birthday surprise and was not disappointed in the slightest! Highly recommend the prawn risotto if you get the chance to try it!😁

Hidden Gem. Just off the front, but with sea views. Great value food, wife had the Prawn Rosoto, and I had the Lamb ragatonni.

Recommend to us from a friend. We we all blown away with the amount of flavour in the food here - I had the Prawn Risotto and my Wife had the Chowder. Our daughters had the mussels and truffle fries and we all very much enjoyed it. When we come back to St Ives we will be coming back here. Great food, service and nice venue.

Wow, what a great restaurant! We were very disappointed that 2 of the mains options weren't available after having been chosen by our group. Having been certain the review would be maxed at 4 stars, we quickly changed our mind after the other dishes arrived. The honey whipped butter and foccacia is an incredible starter and all mains were delicious. The website is also a little harsh, there is definitely a good view! 👍
