River House was such a perfect holiday home and Cornish Gems were absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to deal with. We were so lucky to have this amazing holiday just before the world was in lockdown with this terrible Covid19 pandemic. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully presented with absolutely everything we needed and more. All the bedrooms had en-suite facilities so it was perfect when my two sisters and their husbands arrived for the weekend to join us. The open plan living was fabulous for entertaining and the views were stunning to say the least. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and capturing some spring sun on the plentiful balconies. It was so kind of the owners to allow our dog (#ozziehopkins) in their home too! He had a marvellous holiday and enjoyed the yellow sands of Cornwall as much as we did. There are so many wonderful walks and incredible places to visit from this location. Thank you to the owners of River House for having us, and to Cornish Gems for managing the house and the booking so well. More than happy to recommend both!
A beautiful apartment, perfectly located and superbly furnished. AND all brilliantly managed by Cornish Gems. I would not hesitate to recommend CG and plan to re-book for next year.
This was our 2nd holiday with Cornish Gems and again the property was beautiful. We stayed at Little Herodshead Farm, which had a private heated indoor pool - total luxury. Great service throughout!
Cannot beat the lovely view of the beach and house spacious and clean. Dog loved the beach but only able to go off a lead off season or before Easter. Will return to Cornwall as soon as I can.
Boy do I love that pan scraper!! It is the new best thing in my kitchen!! the online store is easy to navigate, good customer service, fast delivery. The pan scraper was suggested by the manager, and I have now entered a new world of washing up. IT IS NO LONGER A CHORE - scraper is maybe a misnomer for this product as it seems to GLIDE along my pans, easily picking up the detritus of cooking. Thank you Coffee Lounge, thank you. I would too recommend, the St Ives themed designs on mugs and towels etc, very chic. I cannot wait for the coffee lounge to reopen, so I can again try their wonderful coffee.
Great Yoga retreat hosted by Cornish Gems. Accommodation great and foood excellent. The yoga teacher was very helpful and knowledgeable and hosted great classes. Great girls weekend away 👍🏻
Stayed at Rockall last year and most recently one of their newer properties, Seaclusion. Both properties were immaculate and their customer service was great. Highly recommend.
Very professional staff and helpful. Cottage was possibly the nicest we've stayed in.
One small point though. The cottage we stayed in in mevagissey they didn't warn us clearly about the difficulties getting to the cottage which would make a difference for older residents amongst others
We stayed at Little Herodshead (near Looe & Polperro) and had a fantastic time, with a private pool to die for. Excellent level of service all round. Thank you Cornish Gems
The accommodation was beautiful with little touches that added to the break, flowers and fruits bowl along with teas and coffee. Very warm and comfortable too.
Excellent customer service from staff. Property well presented. I would recommend Cornish Gems.
