Beautiful fish and chips, chips didn't go hard after twenty mins like some. Batter how I like, crisp but not too crisp under. Price much better than I'm used to in and around penzance. My new fave takeaway

The best fish and chips in St Ives by far. Consistent quality and big portions, it's worth the walk up the hill!

We had cod, chips, mushy peas, and curry sauce. Large means large - if you finish it, you'll have done better than us! We starved ourselves all day and got nowhere close. The food is pricier than we're used to, but given that we're visiting from Bolton, that's hardly a surprise. The quality, however - this food was exceptional. Everything was cooked from fresh while we waited, and the box packaging ensured that by the time we got back to our accommodation, everything was still piping hot. For the environmentally conscious amongst you - not a morsel of plastic or polystyrene in sight. Very impressed!

We were stopping in the local area and decided to check out local reviews of places before we settled on a chip shop tea and Sharkys did not disappoint! Lovely food, great portions and a reasonable price.

By far the best fish and chips we have ever had. Large cut chips with crunchy outer, fantastic fish and batter. Large portion for a reasonable price in a well presented cardboard box.

Really good fish and chips, convenient if staying out of the town centre and easy to collect (rather than having to attempt driving into town) also cheaper than the town chippys.

These are the best fish n chips in st ives in my opinion. It's very popular and only open from 4.45pm til 8pm, 4 days a week I think. Its on a small industrial estate and parking isn't good, especially if you go early and the units around it are still open.. Be prepared to queue, but the wait is worth it..

Their chips lived up to the considerable hype that they had from my colleagues! Best chips I’ve had in ages!

This came recommended from someone at home in Hertfordshire. Whilst we were on holiday in Cornwall we drove miles just for Sharky's fish and chips. Was it worth it ? Oh yes without a doubt. The fish was lovely but OMG ! the chips are to die for. Best Chips I have had in my life and I'm 71 yrs old !!!!! Can't wait to come back to Cornwall for some more. Well done Sharky's.

Found this little gem by accident (thanks TripAdvisor!) and we weren't disappointed. The lightest, most flavourful batter I've had in years. Everything was just cooked to perfection! So when your in St Ives, don't miss out on having the most amazing fish and chips in Cornwall! It's fantastic!
