Stunning old school bakery. Biggest pasty in St Ives and one of the tastiest. Sweet products also very good. We visit every time we go down.
Waited there about 2 minutes to buy sweets while the lovely lady was handling some family. When I wanted to pay she said there is no need to pay just for waiting that. On top of that best sweets all week I stayed in Cornwall. The only way to repay in a way is giving 5 stars, but deserved for the sw
Bought the tastiest Cornish cream tea for two here today. Itโs the lightest scone Iโve ever had. Shame I am going home tomorrow and not near St.Ives to pick another up to take home. Itโs also the cutest bakers Iโve seen. Better than any chain
Most amazing cake shop in the world! Every cake has been lovely. We always get cake from here, the staff are really friendly and even get to know what you like to order. Prices are also very reasonable. Would highly recommend if you go her to try one! :D
I am not a fan of frontline cafes and shops as I normally believe they overprice and on top of that they sell more quantity than quality, so I normally visit an entire village before I buy anything...
This bakery is on the back street, please go there, what a lovely host: what made me go in was the
Really good saffron Chelsea buns, and my daughter loves their chocolate muffins! The lady was very patient with my daughter who likes to help place our order but clams up in the moment.
I've been buying pasties at Ferrell's since 1945. In that time they have remained unchanged, as any perfect food should. The same family has stuck to the matchless pasty formula that has sold consistently from the beginning. The taste is out of this world, and I guarantee anyone trying a Ferrell's f
Before he was famous, the singer Donovan was sleeping rough in St Ives and he'd cadge day-old saffron cakes from here. The song Mellow Yellow refers to that - I've posted a photo of him with one outside the shop where he was telling the story.
I have been visiting st Ives and the cornish Rivera for over 40 years and I have taisted pasties from many places but they never come close to theas, just the best, every time no competition ๐๐๐๐๐๐
Every time I go to St. Ives I have to visit & buy a Cornish Heavy (or two). Best by far in the town & love thatโs it is still a traditional bakery
Best pasties ever and the heavy cake is legendary. Three generations of our family love the food from here and have been customers for years.
Purchased a brownie, bread pudding and classic sausage roll. Remember Cash only and a wonderful variety to choose from.
Tried my first saffron bun here, authentic old school bakery feel.
The best in the South West, me and my family have been coming here for year's and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my macaroons.
