Fab service! Great food! We were greeted by a petite brunette who was very friendly and really caring towards our petite ginga ninga (11mth) The rest of our time we were looked after and catered for by a lovely young lady with mousy brown hair tied in a ponytail. She was extremely helpful and apologetic about our wait and advised us of a delay. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long for our spectacular, delicious food to arrive. The kids enjoyed it all and devoured it! As did we!! My 11 month old, Baby LED Weaned girl smashed a lot of her ‘KIDS MEAL’ but sadly not it all. There was plenty of food and lots staff to reassure we had everything we needed. My advice would be to go more baby friendly but offering a finger food options to the babies who are swarking and waiting for food to cool/ be ok to eat xx

Visited today for lunch, don't know how I've missed this place for the last however many years I've visited St Ives. Lovely, friendly, smiley staff, which is a rarity these days! We sat on the balcony which was great to enjoy the beautiful bay & people watch. Your choice of Veggie & Vegan burgers is spot on - Fed up of boring, overcooked Veggie burgers being the only thing on offer... The Bella Burger was really tasty, great combination of textures & flavours, as were the giant Onion rings! Have told my Cornwall loving friends, and Veggie friends to come & check you out. Will definitely visit your restaurant nearer to home in Bristol soon.

Very nice little place on the sea front in St Ives. We turned up late on and were seated straight away without a booking despite the place being busy, staff were great. Pet friendly also. Food is mainly burgers, beef and chicken with a few exceptions but a good choice overall. Would recommend the loaded fries. Cocktails also recommended, think they were 2 for £12 and you can select any 2 on the menu where a lot of places make you select the same. Nice views of St Ives harbour straight outside the windows upstairs and down. Will definitely visit again when down there.

We sat outside enjoying the view our pooch was given his own bowl of water so was very happy about that. Food was amazing I had a chicken burger and hubby went for a beef burger we shared some fries, portion size was soo big. We couldn't eat it all but it really was delicious and we will definitely visit again on our next holiday.

We pitched up for lunch and were seated immediately. Pleasant and friendly local staff and great seafood. I had piri piri prawns and only needed a small fire extinguisher and then the mussels serving was incredibly generous. Good choice of beers. Family had chicken wings starters, cauliflower tacos, steak, a burger and fish and chips. All good. Give ‘em a look.

Recently ate here. The food and drinks were great ! Found the staff members all very nice. We did have to wait for around 25 minutes for a table to be available, but it was so worth it ! My friend and I got very lucky and sat down on the balcony to eat, so we had an amazing view! This place was also pet friendly, which makes me happy ! Would definitely recommend it!

I had an incredible experience at The Hub in St Ives! The food was absolutely fantastic, bursting with flavors that delighted my taste buds. The lively atmosphere created such a fun and energetic vibe – it was impossible not to feel energised. The staff went above and beyond with their attentive and friendly service, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. If I find myself back in St Ives, I will definitely be returning to The Hub for another unforgettable dining experience!

Our family love this place and we go every year. The whole menu has been revamped and although some our favourites had gone, it was great to try the new dishes. The fish burger, meat burger, wings and chorizo all went down a storm. Super friendly waiter and nice spot overlooking the harbour. It's quite expensive now, but to be expected give the location. £170 for six of us but that included alcohol. Will definitely be back.

Burgers and fish and chips are very good. Peri Peri prawns have a nice kick. Mussels good too. A bit pricy but can't complain considering it's in prime location

Exceptional burgers as per usual. Originally told it would be a long wait but the staff managed to get us a table in much less time. Food - dirty fries and dirty disco burger. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed this place Good selection of food to cater for all dietary requirements. Veggie options were good...as were the really meaty. Everybody was friendly and accommodating and very baby friendly The tables aren't crammed in so there's space to sit and enjoy conversation without it being incredibly loud. Dog friendly Best food we've had on our trip to Cornwall. This will definitely become a return spot for us.

We ate here a few times, we loved the breakfast and the dinner too. Our daughter had the pancakes for breakfast which she loved. Its right on the sea front and they had a singer on one of the times we visited. The staff were all amazing (a big thank you to them for working the dreaded new year shifts) couldn't fault them or the place at all. Definitely a place to visit especially for breakfast too.

The Hub St Ives is a very good gastronomic bar and restaurant that serves a really nice range of food and drinks. And it's not that expensive for what you get. They serve Breakfast and Lunch (starting at 12 midday) and Dinner. They have the main bar as you go in (with seating) restaurant in the room to the right and up stairs as well as balconys. Lovely views of the harbour, nice friendly staff. I could only see one drawback which was the toilets 🚻 where upstairs, so if you struggle with stairs this maybe a drawback. They are right on the harbour front so no parking available.

Had dinner here last night with my son and husband. Had a warm greeting but told there was a wait of around 30 minutes and was given a buzzer. After nearly 1 hour, I went up to check that we hadn't been forgotten about, and unfortunately, we had. The lady apologised and seated us straight away. She came back within minutes to take our order, asked if we would like drinks as means of an apology, and said our food has been prioritised. We very much appreciate this, and our food came out within about 5 mins. This negative situation was dealt with really well and she was great! The burgers were bangen!! Absolutely delicious 😋. The Kids menu is £10 for a main, drink, and dessert. The only nuggets they have are vegan, but my son couldn't tell the difference, and I thought they were lovely. We asked for the ice cream (knickerbocker glory) to come out while we were eating as my son had finished. After 15 mins, I chased this and was told the ice cream machine was broken and we should have been told this. We were serviced by a different waiter every time. Come on, the Hub! We had a gutted 5-year-old little boy. The only other dessert was a waffle which we had by my husband had. We asked for the bill, which came quickly. The waiter Jack (poss the manager) had the machine ready to good. And made a comment as I was checking it. It came in over £100 and I thought this was super expensive. As I checked the bill, it wasn't ours and told the waiter who took it back. I'm glad I had checked this as no doubt we would have struggled to resolve this. The correct bill came. He then asked if we enjoyed our evening, and I told him about the issues we had. I explained we were happy with the lady resolving the issues but was disappointed about the ice cream issues and my son. He didn't take it very well, I asked if I had a problem with his service personally. I explained that you gave us the wrong bill and serviced us drinks, not the food business. I also said the food was fantastic but please brief all your staff about the ice cream machine being broken. I would recommend eating here, food was fab! But service hit and miss. I think we were unlucky, but I was delighted how the female waitress dealt and resolved this situation. Well done to her and other restaurants could take note.

Excellent eatery with a fab menu and great atmosphere! My husband and I were staying in St Ives for a weekend away to celebrate my birthday. (Weekend 7th October 2023) Service from Richie was exceptional. We were given a wonderful balcony table with views of the harbour and beyond. He made our experience there wonderful and we felt right at home - Thank you so much Richie for being accommodating to us! We will be back. Katrina

Dinner with a view! We visited around 6pm on a Thursday evening and were seated and served very quickly. Here I had the All Star single with Sweet Potato fries. Great service, great food, great view, what more could you want?
