I am not normally a burger fan, but was happy try Blas as it had such a great reputation and fresh/local. I can honestly say I have never had a burger like it (Truffle chicken burger). It wasn’t just the BEST burger I have EVER had, it was the best meal I have had in a long time. So, so tasty. I am disappointed that we won’t be able to be regulars at this place. It was AMAZING �
We visited last night for the first time, service was excellent and even though we had to wait a little for the table to become free the staff dealt with it in a great way. Excellent food ... as a veggie I was spoilt for choice and the kids and hubby lovely their burgers � we will definitely visit again
We are at Blas last night, and it certainly lived up to the hype. We had been trying to get in for the last 3 days it really is such a popular place and you can see why. The burgers were just the best and a great selection. The staff were great and very attentive.

Another great experience at Blas this time with my 23 month old boy. Eat all his burger, chips and even serves Moomaid ice cream. A must when in St Ives. Great that they open at 5pm meant we could eat early enough with our boy. Thanks Blas keep up the good ethos.

Great burgers! Best tasting veggie burger options I've tried yet. Freshly made. I had the bean duluxe comes with loads of guacamole and tastes fab!!! Bit healthy too. Truly recommend! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely Indie burger restaurant with fantastic quality locally sourced ingredients. Actually my favourite burger bar in the world. Service is characterful. Don't expect silver service and fawning waiters, do expect great food from a place that cares about the local economy, standards in animal husbandry and agriculture, and the future of the planet
We ate at BLAS last night- fabulous atmosphere, lovely lovely waitress, absolutely delicious burgers all round (one vegetarian) we can't wait to go again!!!! Simply the best ! 🍔🍔🍔

As alway the Blas crew knocked it out of the ballpark last night. Amazing food and fantastic friendly service, with Gluten and Dairy free options, what more could you want from your burger experience, it’s why I keep going back.
Simply the best burger restaurant I have found. Locally sourced, ethical fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. The mains are hearty but always manages to surprise with new taste combinations. The seating area is small and rustic using recycled furniture with an amazing casual atmosphere. It's gourmet burgers but not posh or pretentious. The puddings are simple but stunning as well. This place is popular in holiday times so best book ahead. Its worth it.
There are burgers & then there are Blas burgers. If you want real food, locally sourced, well prepared & delivered then this is the place for you. Great range of meaty, veggie & vegan burger options with nothing ultra processed in sight. I had a fab black bean burger with salad & coleslaw sides. Just perfect. We'll certainly be back😊
Really solid. Burgers were great, loads of vegetarian options too. Would fully recommend booking in advance if you want to eat in as it's a tiny little place but agree with a lot of the other reviews, food was excellent, staff were friendly. Quite expensive for a burger I'd say but no complaints about the food.
Be aware it's not toddler friendly in the sense that there no room for prams or high chairs, but they're happy to have you all the same and do have kids options, although they're honestly not much smaller than the adult portions really.
As someone who can have only small portions, what a refreshing and thoughtful experience to have been offered any of the burgers in a smaller size! Great service. Love the fact that prices of the burgers include chips too. Such good value for money and really tasty food.

Phenomenal was our experience! We found this beautiful and intimate restaurant just as we were about to leave and it caught us completely off guard. Their menu selection was like nothing we had ever seen before, with such an abstract array of burgers. I had the daily special which was extraordinary and my girlfriend had the mojo burger, vegetarian style and we can both happily say that these were the best burgers we’ve ever had in our lives, not to mention the perfectly cooked skin on chips. All in all 5/5 would definitely recommend and would happily eat again!

I fell in love with this quirky place! Small restaurant, but full of love and character. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they cater for all tastes and the burgers are amazing! We had a vegan banana split which was unbelievably good - I wish I lived closer to this place!
Weirdly, my review is about the Rotisserie Chicken we just had ad takeaway from Blas Burgerworks in St. Ives. Was ready earlier than my requested time slot (nb, I may have been lucky). The Chook itself was glorious! Accompanied by the Cornish Chips, Coleslaw and Gravy. What. A. Meal!! If you do anything else in St. Ives, give these guys a look - absolutely awesome!!!
Quite probably the best burger I've ever had! I booked the wrong week, but they still accommodated me no questions asked (probably not an easy thing to commit to with the space they have), and were still professional and kind throughout. Absolutely above and beyond my expectations.
A burger where you can really taste the beef! Great fries too. Only complaint is that the burgers are quite thick and we like ours thin but only nitpicking really. Service is friendly too.
