Great food and a lovely atmosphere. Staff all very friendly. Run out of olives which was a bit unfortunate. The Baked Camembert was great as were the Mushrooms with Stilton and Garlic. The Bubble and Squeak was a bit disappointing; given the B&S was the main title of the dish it hid convincingly underneath the poached egg, it was also more of a (small) potato cake with carrot, than B&S. The Rib eye was lovely, well cooked with generous sauce. The Belly Pork was great, with really good crackling, best main on our table. The Salmon Wellington whilst beautifully cooked and great flavour, was a poached fillet of salmon between two separate cooked pieces of puff pastry. I was expecting the fish to be wrapped in, and cooked inside, the pastry. Whereas the salmon, pastry, asparagus and Hollandaise appeared to be cooked separately then 'assembled'. This, to me, in not a 'Wellington'. All the hot dishes, starters mains and puds were served on cold plates and this was disappointing. The puds: Apple and Blackberry pie and Stick Toffee Pudding went down well. Coffee and Port completed the meal. All in all a lovely evening with really good food. We'll be back. Rubbish parking and needs dedicated disabled parking space(s).

So just got back from a lovely Christmas meal at the bush inn. And wow. We choose to come here for our staff meal as we loved the menu and have been counting down to tonight and it was so worth the wait. Fantastic food and staff were lovely. On top of Christmas food i was planning a surprise 50th bday on same night and they were so helpful and friendly. Thank you all. Merry Christmas and happy new year.

I came here with family for a late birthday meal. We've come here once before and it was amazing. And it didn't let me down amazing food and an amazing atmosphere! Me and my girlfriend went for the special belly pork and this was something special. The portion is amazing it's huge! There was a mess up with my fathers order he ordered a lamp chop but a pork chip arrived but to be honest he didnt care because the pork hop was just as good. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you!!

Where do I start, every time I’ve been here it has been amazing. I’d like to thank Liz, Andrew and the staff for making Christmas ‘17 the best one since ‘12, my daughter and I had a wonderful time. To say they treat you as family is right on the mark. Went there again last night (5.1.18) and had another outstanding meal, the homemade pies are to die for, I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you to Liz, Andrew and all the staff (sorry I can’t remember all your names) for making memories to cherish. Highly recommended if you’re thinking of somewhere special to go. See you soon xxx

Every time I've been here the food has been outstanding. I visited Monday night and despite it being very busy, they found us a table. The waiting staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The food is excellent, one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The slow cooked belly pork was just amazing. It's in a fabulous location. Well worth a visit especially when it's decorated for Christmas!

My friend and I came here because I saw it in the Sherlock episode "The Hounds of Baskerville". I thought it would be great to see the place... but once I read the menu, I knew I had to try it. The place is beautiful, warm, and cozy. The food was beyond exceptional! I had the pork belly and my friend had the chicken balentine. We started the meal out with Welsh rarebit that was to die for. I will be back, although it may be awhile because I'm from Arizona. Last but not least, the staff were warm and friendly!

A rare day off work was rewarded by a dog walk in Dyffryn Gardens and a very special lunch at The Bush. We were lucky to get a table at short notice but it was rewarded with well kept beer and spectacular food from an imaginative menu. Such a pleasant surprise.

Had Sunday lunch here yesterday after booking on spec on Friday evening on-line. We had fancied this little place a few months ago but it was full. Both my husband and I agree that the food was by far the best Sunday lunch we had had at a restaurant ever! We are tempted to return around Christmas time with our grown up children who love a good roast!

So first time here for me, great selection of wine and beers, the food menu was hard to pick from as everything on the list sounded great. Decided to go for the Chicken Caesar Burger and it didn’t disappoint!! The beer garden is absolutely stunning and has a great view of the church opposite. If you’re ever in the area I’d highly recommend you popping in for a drink or even a quick lunch or snack. I hear the Sunday lunches are outstanding so I’d book in advance if you fancy one. Highly recommend this place as it’s dog friendly and will definitely be back.

We'd spent the afternoon at the beach, fancied some pub food and stumbled across the Bush Inn. It's a real hidden gem in a lovely village. We had some drinks before ordering olives, sea bass and a burger. Food was fantastic and service was so friendly. We'll definitely be recommending and returning!

Had a really fab time here. The pub is nestled away in the countryside of a small town. Offering vegan options as well as gluten free and allows dogs. I must say they really are great. The food was lovely, although the vegan side of it wasn't exactly a roast but the lady who assisted us really did listen to our opinions on how to improve in the future. That made it a whole lot better! Not only that but she also kindly amended the bill. The entrance is easy to find and wheelchair accessible which is a bonus. The gent as well even assisted me in and ensured we had everything we needed. Great Sunday lunch.

Great food and wonderful service. My only issue was inability to have a starter. Usually Happy with soup but not on the menu. My wife and brother in law did enjoy their starters. All in all a great visit.

I absolutely loved my first experience, I had the Asian pork belly for starters and WOW it is one of the best things I have eaten in my whole life. Stunning. I returned for a Sunday dinner and the veg, gravy, cocktails were amazing but unfortunately my beef was very dry and tough. My partner had the chicken dinner and said it was amazing. I really wanted dessert as their options are fab however at £8.50 for a slice of cheesecake I had to refuse! But I would go back.

I love a good bush but it’s really unusual for a good bush to serve good food too. No need to beat around the bush here though! Eating out The Bush Inn has never been tastier

Had a wonderful birthday lunch here with 5 of my friends. Sadly, living in Coventry, I can't visit as often as I would like, BUT I WILL BE BACK. Hopefully, I'll still be able to get a Black Forest Martini.

What an amazing night we had at the Bush Inn. We had our own private pod outside but this did not mean the service suffered. The staff were lovely and very attentive without being's pushy. The food was stunning. Definitely going to go back.
