Can’t fault the staff, they were fantastic! Very attentive and friendly and gave intuitive service.
Cocktails were incredible and food looked amazing- really made my partners 30th birthday a great one with the service received. We will definitely come again when we are back in jersey.
First visited the Watchmaker at Easter 2022 — we had good service, friendly staff, and nice food and cocktails, and especially nice wines. On my second visit in summer 2023, all the above was still in place, and we got some great advice and info about the wines we were thinking of going for. Highly recommended for the service and some genuinely interesting wines at what seem to be good prices.
Always a great selection of wine and cocktails. A good selection of simple food boards based around cheeses and charcuterie. A great stop for lunch a light evening meal or drinks with friends.
Excellent. Lovely, accommodating welcome on arrival. Portuguese in-laws loved it. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable and was on point with wine suggestions. The 'wine verses' is a great way of trying something different. Thank you.

The host could do with a bit of work; chat isn’t the best but what do you expect being friends with the likes of Tom B (jokes - the staff are fantastic). Would highly recommend the Babs Wonder cocktail it’s super classy and tasty. All in all, would recommend Bruno and the team; don’t hesitate just book!
Visited The Watchmaker on their opening night to the public and was not disappointed! Owner Bruno was as involved as any owner I’ve ever met with a true passion for what he does! Harry on the bar provided exquisite cocktails throughout the night and not to mention the superb customer service provided by Marissa the general manager who went above and beyond to make the time we spent there an experience to remember!!
A modern and warm establishment with years of experience and charm, not to mention a wonderful atmosphere.
Highly recommend to all looking for great drinks and simply perfected treats.
