I visited today to meet Joel at Charlotte Tillbury . What an amazing experience!!!! The kindest funniest person ever . It was a pleasure to lean so many tips from him . I feel so much more informed. I can wait to return.
Voisins is a hit & miss - poised to be a "high street high end department store", yet the experience is varied due to staff who either are hired out of necessity and know little about the products and how to deliver customer service on a level different that would be OK in a grocery store, to staff

Fab department store in the centre of St Helier let's face it there aren't many left now! Quality goods lovely selection of makeup clothes designer brands if you want to treat yourself feel the only thing that let's it down is the restaurant/ cafe sorry but found it a bit disappointing

Just spent a few days in Jersey and decided to try breakfast in Voisins cafe. It's had a recent refurb apparently and it has been really well done. Very modern, light and airy. Love the great range of products, and when my wife shops in there , they have seats and free soft drinks and biscuits ! It's great you must see the picture ! Why don't more stores do this.
